What if a single person proclaimed him/herself as the entirety of an incredibly tiny nation?

I would like it to be clear that regardless of what the main overview states, this nation does not have millions or billions of people. It has only a single member: myself. Or at least a well-upgraded, more independent version of myself. I may invite other people to visit, but not grant citizenship or official permanent residence.

Policy here may be a bit strange. Being both a single person and the entire population, my control of policy here will make me simultaneously both a completely direct democracy and an absolute dictatorship. The entire population will follow the same path because there's only one person to take any path. Society and diversity will be essentially absent because there aren't enough people (two) to be different from each other or have local interpersonal interaction.

For the record, I intend not to join the World Assembly. ((I'm sending WA membership to another nation.))

In addition to taking 'I am the state' to a literal extreme, I intend to focus my efforts toward science, technology, intelligence augmentation, and all those things that can place a techno-utopia upon myself as well as any foreign allies and trade partners that want such. I also intend to uphold high personal freedoms, especially freedom of speech, just as I recommend for others.

Best regards to all who read this,
