The Constitutional Court of Justice At the Request of the Senate of the Region Has Studied the Income of Our Region OUSS to the Next Agreement
Hereby defines:
"Foreign Defense" as any actions taken to secure the safety of other regions, including those inside and out of the treaty.
"Prolonged inactivity" as any inactivity leading to a close call of ceasing to exist.
1. In event of raid, the members of the participating regions shall aid in expelling the raiders;
2. Participating regions shall work together in any issues dealing with foreign defense;
3. In the case of inactivity prolonged inactivity, the Treaty Members shall convene and under a 2/3rds passing, a nation and region may be removed from the treaty, although a warning will always be given;
4. All members shall have a puppet nation that serves in Inter Regional Defense Treaty, for easy communication and voting among member regions.

The Court of Justice Considers that the Region's Income to this Treaty is Violation according to the main statutes of the founding foundation Constitution, despite the fact that it was signed by the founder of the region, the income itself lacks foundations because it is not consulted by this court and by the Regional Senate for which this Court Opinion:
1- The Disincorporation of the Region of This Treaty
2 - The Motion of censure of the Founder and Prime Minister will be sent to the Regional Senate to send the present legal ruling
3- This Court Does Not Recognize That Treaty
4- The Court of Justice Raises the Level of Legal Emergency by which decrees the closing of borders
5- Such Judgment Can Be Adjusted or Revised By the OUSS Regional Senate
6- The Regional Executive Can Request through the Legal Mechanisms the Incorporation of the Region to the Present Treaty
Judicial Judgment Signed and Approved According to the Legislation in Force
The Court of Justice Authorizes the Secretary of Foreign Affairs to Notify the Involved Parties

La Corte de Justicia Considera que el Ingreso de la Región a este Tratado es Violatorio de acuerdo a los estatutos principales de la Constitucion base fundacional , ha pesar de que fue firmada por el fundador de la region el ingreso la misma carecen de fundamentos al no ser consultada por esta corte y por el senado Regional por lo cual esta Corte Dictamina :
1- La Desincorporación de la Region de Este Tratado
2- Se Procedera la Mocion de censura del Fundador y Primer Ministro enviando al Senado Regional el Presente Fallo juridico
3- Esta Corte No Reconoce Dicho Tratado
4- La corte de Justicia Eleva el Nivel de Emergencia Juridica por lo cual decreta el cierre de fronteras
5- Dicho Fallo Puede ser Ajustado o Revisado Por el Senado Regional OUSS
6- El Ejecutivo Regional Puede Solicitar a traves de los Mecanismos Legales la Incorporación de la Región al Presente Tratado
Fallo Judicial Firmado y Aprobado De Acuerdo a la Legislación Vigente
la Corte de Justicia Autoriza al Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores para Notificar a las Partes Involucradas
