Daily life regulation of the German Federal Armed Forces

*Attention: All the time here is based on Berlin Time. Military timekeeping is absolutely using 24-hour system.*
Morning
07: 00 Get up and wash.
07: 15 Gather outside of dorm building, each squad commander roll call, listen platoon commander to set daily mission or arrangement.
07: 20 Early morning trainning.
07: 30 Having Breakfest (PROHIBIT WASTING AND NOISING IN MEALS).
07: 45 Back to dorm and clean it up, tide up beds, perpare for NCOs' inspection.
08: 00 Gather outside of dorm building, according to squad commander's command take different clothes and gears (Rifles, pistols, other weapons, etc) and start physical, tactic/weapons shoot or professional skill training (Suggest starting physical training first).
08: 45 Short rest.
09: 00 Restart training (Suggest starting tactic/weapons shoot training).
09: 45 Short rest.
10: 00 Restart training (Suggest starting tactic/weapons shoot training).
10: 45 Rest and end of the morning training. Soldiers should collect all gears and hand back to warehouse, clean up training area and get back to dorms. Reading, learning knowledges, taking short shower/wash clothes and sit to rest is allowed (Lying in bed is banned strictly).
11: 20 Lunch time. Squad commanders lead soldiers head to dining hall for lunch (PROHIBIT WASTING AND NOISING IN MEALS).
Noon and afternoon
12: 00 Lunch break (Napping and lying in bed are allowed).
13: 15 Get up, tide up beds and gather outside of dorm building. Each squad commanders roll call.
13: 30 Take equipments and start afternoon training (Suggest start physical training first).
14: 45 Short rest.
15: 00 Restart training (Suggest start professional skills training).
15: 45 Short rest.
16: 00 Restart training (Suggest start professional skills training).
16: 45 Rest. End of afternoon training. Soldiers should collect all gears and hand back to warehouse, clean up training area and get back to dorms. Reading, learning knowledges, taking short shower/wash clothes and sit to rest is allowed (Lying in bed is banned strictly).
17: 30 Dinner time. Squad commanders lead soldiers head to dining hall for dinner (PROHIBIT WASTING AND NOISING IN MEALS).
Evening
18: 00 Evening rest. Soldiers could learn knowledge, reading books, free exercise, etc.
18: 30 Each squad gather and watch daily news report.
19: 00 Free time. Soldiers could have entertainment activities (Including sports as basketball, football, etc).
20: 00 Mobile phone time. Squad commanders could get soldiers' phones at platoon vice commander's office. Soldiers could play net games, listen to music, chat with family (NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY KEEP WATCHING ON EACH PHONE. PROHIBIT SPY ACTS).
21: 00 Late evening roll call. Soldiers hand over phones and gather outside of dorm building. Each squad commander counting the soldiers. Hand the phones into platoon vice commander's office. Platoon commander give the daily conclusion.
21: 10 Evening training. Mostly are physical training.
21: 35 Wash time. Soldiers head to bathroom take shower and wash clothes. Must clean up bathroom after using it.
22: 00 Bed and lights off time. All soldiers except those need keep in guard position with duty need go to beds and sleep. Military police will check each dorm.
