Constitution of Deblar [RETCONNED]

Deblarian Constitution
drafted: October 24, 1965

Preamble: The People of Deblar officially lay down the groundwork of, and the boundaries that apply to our Government. We hereby lay down these articles to encourage peace, prosperity, and unity across our glorious Nation forevermore.

Article I
- The Executive Branch shall consist of the Office of the President, the Office of the Vice President and the Office of Secretaries.
- The job of the Office of the President shall be to be our Nation's top diplomat and to be the final step in passing bills sent by Legistlature. The job of the Office of the Vice President shall be to supervise Legistlature and to be the deciding vote on a resolution should the vote become a tie after all members of Legistlature have voted on said resolution; Another resposibility of the Office of the Vice President shall be to fill in for the Office of the President should they be unavailable for any reason. The job of the Office of Secretaries shall be to supervise their respective sectors and report on anything to the Office of the President(or the Office of the Vice President if the Office of the President is unavailable).

Article II
-The Legistlative Branch shall consist of a singular house of 30 seats, the Senate.
-The job of the Senate is to vote on an issue, and, if enough Senators support it, vote on resolutions. The Senate will operate under the supervision of the Office of the Vice President, who will be the deciding vote should a vote on a resolution result in a tie.
-Legistlature also shall hold the power to declare wars, but a vote on a declaration must have a 2/3 majority vote to pass.

Article III
-The Judiciary Branch shall consist of local courts, provincial courts, lesser federal courts, and the Grand Court of Deblar.
-The job of each of the Courts shall be to prosecute anyone convicted of a crime, and pass the case to the higher court if needed. These Courts will also have the final say on bills passed through the Executive Branch and the Legistlative Branch.
-The Grand Court of Deblar shall decide wheter or not a bill passed through the Executive and Legistlative Branches are constitutional, and to prosecute a criminal cases that has made it as far as the Grand Court.

Article IV
-If the Senate votes to declare war, the declaration must be approved by the Office of the President. If the Office of the President vetoes the declaration, the Senate can vote to override the President's veto
-If the Office of the President proves to be unconstitutional, then the Senate can vote to impeach the President. The Grand Court must certify the constitutionality of the impeachment before said impeachment can carry on.
-The members of the Senate shall be elected into their respective seats and serve 4 years each term.
-The Executive Administration shall be elected every 4 years, and serve no more than 3 terms.
-The members of the lesser federal courts and the Grand Court shall be appointed by the Office of the President. Members of local courts and provincial courts shall be elected to thier positions and serve 2 year terms.
