History about the Empire of Splena

The Empire of Splena had its first roots since it was first formed in mid-2014 as a small 'kingdom' controlling over a few known websites (mostly fanfiction, fiction, roleplaying and social media sites) in the Internet by Splero Spleriia Kerano.

Not much of the world's public noticed its formation but its monarch simply explains that his own 'government' was created for social purposes so that he could savor in with the foreign links of the World Wide Web.

As time went on, the Empire of Splena soon grew its 'influence' throughout more sites of the Internet, thanks to the interaction of its founder and author to other foreign entourages that he personally meets over time.

When the Empire reached its zenith between 2015 and 2017, it gained so much public attention and interest that its 'leader' formally announced that his 'fictional government' be elevated into a form of 'an absolute monarchy that was on the Internet'. The reason why he remarked that is because of the fact that he created notable literature works about his very 'Empire' that he came up with it on his own fanfiction and fiction sites that he made accounts on for a long time.

Since hundreds of thousands of people around the world were now 'interacting' on him, his 'literacy-based government' and his other works associated with it, Splero Spleriia Kerano decided to acknowledge to the public that his made-up Empire would be a staging point for 'personal, diplomatic and socialization interactions' with every one that was browsing the Net.
