Qualifications
I am Yodle, Founder of The Region That Has No Big Banks. Currently, I am in my third consecutive term as Minister of Domestic Affairs (Cabinet Terms in TRTHNBB last 4 months each) and have brought great prosperity and progress to my region in the past year or so by developing the community into the populated and active presence it is today. My region boasts a consistent population of 180 nations thanks to an incredibly effective recruitment telegram I made 4-5 months ago. Our Discord Server has a total of around 60 individual people, 20-30 of which are active on a weekly basis. I’ve been successful in getting upwards of 30-40% of our regional population to join the WA and endorse our delegate, Bernie Nation. Point is, through my hard work, as well as my fellow Cabinet Members, we have been able to forge a strong and active community from scratch.

I have a lot of experience in Foreign Affairs, as well as Military gameplay. Throughout my time as Founder and in various Cabinet Positions (Note that as Founder I have zero power, I leave the Regional Government in charge and am willingly appointed to Cabinet Positions by the President), I have been a Commander in Solidarity and Ambassador to various regions/organizations (including Sweden, Social Liberal Union, Russia and in all of the Defender Organizations we’ve been a part of in our history. In my region, I have helped develop an Embassy Policy which allows us to only partner together with active regions, helping foster future relations. I have quite a bit of experience personally participating in Defending and have developed a close partnership with Lenlyvit in the past several months.

• Development of New API Recruitment Telegrams

• Creation of a Community Development Initiative (CDI)

• Promotion of the Discord Server

• Further Developing the FORGE Brand

The first committee will be called the Member Region Recruitment Committee and will consist of volunteer member nations who have prior experience in writing Recruitment Telegrams. This Committee will specialize in writing and editing region-specific Recruitment Telegrams that play to the target region’s strengths, as well as the target audience of the specific author. Member Nations who wish to join will have to apply, with the Chancellor approving them if they are deemed fit for the position.

The second committee will be called the Military Recruitment Committee and will consist of volunteer FORGE Military Members who have prior experience writing Military Recruitment Telegrams. This Committee will specialize in writing and editing API Recruitment Telegrams targeted toward New and/or WA Nations potentially interested in joining the FORGE Defender Force. Lenlyvit and Krypton Nova will oversee this Committee, approving Military Members whom they deem qualified to participate.

In order to achieve these ends, I have developed a multitude of strategies and ideas which have been proven to work in igniting activity within a community. The first major step is to create a Discord Server that draws people in. I won’t go into this since it will be described in detail in the next section. The next step is to start up weekly activities that all Member Nations are allowed to participate in. These weekly activities could be as simple as a Q&A with the Chancellor, or as complex as an organized RolePlay. The point is that Member Nations feel involved in fun activities which will help them get to know one another better, while also creating a greater sense of a community. FORGE should feel like a second region to Member Nations, not just an alliance that is exclusive to Representatives only.

In order for this Initiative to succeed, all Representatives will need to participate and promote FORGE activities in their home regions in one way or another. All Member Nations should be aware that they are proud members of FORGE and that they have a welcoming community available to them at all times. Over time more regions will be drawn to join FORGE, as it will become the premier cultural and defense alliance in NS. By the end of my tenure as Chancellor, the issues of stagnation in the community will be a thing of the past, and the community will be growing on a daily basis.

Alongside this, I will start a campaign to promote the Discord Server. This campaign will directly involve all the Representatives going to their own regions and promoting the Discord Server, encouraging their region-mates to join and see what it’s all about. If done successfully, we will eventually have a large, active population on the Discord Server which will allow FORGE to keep up activity among Member Nations.

Brands will form naturally as a result of trends and individual actions within regions or organizations. What is The North Pacific best known for? They are best known for their top endorsement rates and extremely large nation sizes! That right there is a very effective Brand. The thing with Brands is that they can come in all shapes and sizes. They could be as big as NS-wide records, or as small as unique attitudes and personalities within a region or organization. Whatever makes a region or organization stand out amongst all others is considered part of the Brand.

What does this mean for FORGE? This means that we as a community, as a team, as an organization, must come together and develop our Brand. We need to decide how we are going to be different from other major NS Defensive Alliances and how we can make our mark on NS History and Culture. In order to do this, we need to further organically develop our own rich culture and identity. With my direction as Chancellor, I will help facilitate the necessary changes needed to bring about the formation of the FORGE Brand. I don’t know what our Brand will be, or how long it may take for it to form, but what I do know is that I am the most qualified individual to do it with my experience doing it in my own region.
