In 2020, the united empire of NDR was at it's strongest. Imperial nations soon became a power which even giants such as Ballistikov and Katrzynija had to consider in their political ambitions. As the NDR union was growing in power, it went behind the scenes to set up a slow reaction political crisis bomb in most of it's rivals. Empire would soon become the base for the ideas of the absolute supremacy of the German nation- one that proposed that German nations should always decide the away of political changes in the world. The NDR allied itself to Ballistikov to secure the military protection of it's ideas which had a lot in common with Ballistikov fascism. Katrzynija and Gladinia formed a coalition to prevent the expansion of German influence, but were crushed in a result of a swift tactical offensive of NDR and it's allies. Haven and Sanctuary and Kathol Rift decided to stay out of the conflict. Kathol Rift didn't want to go up against the Germans, while Haven and Sanctuary didn't have any interest in German political expansion to begin with. With making decisions becoming necessary to move forward, the two giants found themselves in a focus dead end in foreign politics and embraced isolationism. In a matter of months the remains of the anti-German coalition would either be defeated and turned into puppet states, or collapse into chaotic civil wars most oftenly fought between dozens of warlords and ideology-obsessed dictators. But even in NDR, there were hard times coming. This is the aftermath of the war that ended and started everything. This is the world of Neuerreich.

Katrzynija(government in exile)
Katrzynija was one of the former anti-coalition nations and a powerful empire, influence of which could be felt throughout the Pacific. It all changed when the people of Furville woke up to see Ruskies and Ballistikovians march victorious through their streets , tyeir flag waving over the empress's palace. Then the lootings and massacres began. It seemed for a moment that Ballistikov would destroy all the people of Katrzynija, but then something unexpected happened- the Ruski general Timofey Albatrosov recieved a message that a civil war had started in the new ruski empire. The Ruskies and Ballistikovians pulled out, leaving Katrzynija destroyed and devastated. The people were desperate and syndicalist agents from the socialist bloc blamed empress Nadia for losing the war. After communist party staged an assassination of their leader and framed imperial guard for shooting protesters, the people were furious. Once they realized they've been fooled it was already too late. The fire of partisnist revolution had consumed Katrzynija. The empress was captured and imprisoned by the leaders of the coup. Her fate is unknown. However, it wasn't the end for the empire. Prince Howard, who was on vacation in The-Paradise was proclaimed king of Katrzynija and all the people loyal to the crown followed him into The-Paradise dominion. Right now, king Howard's main objective is to retake the Katrzynija mainland and restore the empire. The main motto of Katrzynija was personally changed by him from "long live the king" to "we're going home". As hundreds of thousands of Katrzynijans are preparing for the invasion of their home islands, the partisnist government is taking all possible action to save the Katrzynija commune. Will the crown return home or will the commune prevail? Only time will tell...
Fascist alliance of New South African and greater portugal
As the Neuerkrieg concluded, pro-german puppet governments were established in many nations throughout the Pacific. However, due to portugal and South Africa being focuded on military potential building up, the pro-German governments were soon to become empty shells for the Ballistikov-style fascist movement. After Ballistikov helped stage fascist coups in the two countries, a fascist bloc was formed with Ballistikov at it's head. While in the begging NDR saw this as Ballistikov helping him increase his influence, now he is seriously beginning to question Ballistikov's loyalty to the Neuerreich...
Antarctica was in the coalition opposing the German expansion and joined the war on the coalition's side when the Neuerkrieg began. The country itself was quite far from the front, but the war was taking a heavy toll on nation's economy. After years of fighting, the coalition was planning a major atack to turn the tide of the war. It's then that MoA realized they had ran out of money. They tried to peace out, and managed to sign a separate peace treaty, but the conditions would be a disaster- they had to pay a huge amount of money which they didn't have. The capital province had to sell about everything it had to pay off the treaty. Seeing how the capital was weakened, several other strong municipalities tried to take charge instead, which led the nation into a division. The MoA is now split between many small municipalities' spheres of influence. Warlords each dream of restoring the nation to it's former glory and reuniting the country under their municipality. But who knows who will come out on top in the bloody war for reunification that is about to come...

As the totalism ideology was spreading across the Pacific nations, Strala saw this as a perfect opportunity to expand the socialist influence in the world. It was agreed that one socialist faction would eventually merge with the other, but as the time passed, communism and syndicalism proved to be very different from each other.
