(You'll have to claw back the amount that you lost, but it doesn't actually impact what you can & can't get ahold of on that front. Consider it akin to how the WA worked before, where you effectively had "random" stat drops or rises with each resolution that passed. The only difference now, is that you're in control of if & when those effects transpire.)

I see. That makes sense - thank you! Are the resolutions increasing average income like most issues tend to do? The few I've adopted indicate so, but your WA nation has adopted 100%, so I'd be interested to know what your experience has been.
