The Department of Foreign Affairs is the official government department in the Republic of Violetia for affairs relating to external and interregional matters. The department is overseen by the Prime Minister of Violetia, and much of the its authority is vested in the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The incumbent Foreign Affairs Minister is Vacant.

As the newly appointed Foreign Minister of Violetia, I am honored to introduce the New Diplomat Upgradation Program (NDUP). This groundbreaking initiative aims to empower our citizens by providing them with the opportunity to serve as diplomats, representing our nation on the global stage.

Under the NDUP, any Violetian citizen can apply to become a diplomat by simply sending a telegram to the Ministry of External Affairs or reaching out to me directly on Discord.

Diplomats under this program will be classified into three distinct categories:

Ambassador: This is the entry-level position for serving diplomats. Ambassadors will be assigned to regions and will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our global partners. This role is ideal for beginner diplomats looking to gain valuable experience in international diplomacy.

Envoys: Envoys are intermediate-level diplomats who will be tasked with representing Violetia in new or strategically important regions. They will work to deepen our relationships and advance our interests on the global stage. This role is suited for diplomats with some experience who are ready to take on more challenging assignments.

Chief Diplomat: The Chief Diplomat is the second-in-command after the Minister of External Affairs. In times of crisis or when urgent matters arise, the Chief Diplomat will have the authority to make independent decisions. This role is reserved for seasoned diplomats who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and diplomatic skills.

To recognize the contributions and achievements of our diplomats, three distinct medals will be awarded for each role. Diplomats will undergo continuous evaluation based on their participation, ability to strengthen relationships with new regions, and overall performance. Based on their evaluations, diplomats will have the opportunity to be upgraded to a higher rank within the program.

Through the NDUP, we aim to foster a dynamic and skilled diplomatic corps that will effectively represent Violetia's interests on the global stage. I encourage all interested citizens to seize this opportunity and join us in shaping the future of our nation's diplomacy.

• If Foreign Ambassadors arrive on the Violetian Discord, they must adhere to all Discord rules
