a) For all intents and purposes, elected positions described in this amendment are Charter IV.3 "enumerated positions".
b) All Charter IV.3 enumerated positions are required to have access to discord, and this shall be printed on all council applications as described in Charter IV.3.
c) The World Assembly Ambassador shall advise the Mayor on affairs of the General Assembly and proposals therein, and shall be required to publish recommendations thereon reasonably often in consultation with the Mayor. The World Assembly Ambassador shall be required to maintain good standing with the World Assembly, including drafting, giving feedback, and participating in the community at-large. The World Assembly Ambassador shall be given polls, appearance, and communications authority.
