Charter
PREAMBLE
We, the peoples of the United Democratic World (UDW).
United in our desire to build a peaceful, democratic, and prosperous community, hereby adopt this Charter to establish principles of governance, safeguard the rights of all members, and ensure the sustainable development of our region.
- ● All nations residing in UDW are considered valid citizen.
● Every member has the right to free speech, voting, and participation in regional activities.
● Members are expected to respect this Charter, regional rules, and fellow members.
● Disruptive behavior, spam, or undemocratic actions may result in warnings or expulsion.
Article II – Leadership
- ● The Full Management Authority directs internal affairs under the Resident General, with powers to appoint officials and establish or disband institutions.
● The Resident General is the World Assembly Delegate and supreme executive of the United Democratic World, overseeing foreign policy, military, and World Assembly affairs, and may veto proposals of the Full Management Authority.
● The Committee of Ministers is the cabinet of the Resident General and the Full Management Authority, with authority to act on behalf of the Full Management Authority and the Resident General.
● Leadership roles can be expanded or adjusted as the region grows.
Article III – Regional Rules
- ● No spamming, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
● Respect the region’s peaceful and democratic values.
● Inactivity will not be punished, but active participation is encouraged.
Article IV – Amendments
- ● Any member can suggest changes to this Charter.
● Changes must be agreed upon by the Founder and/or the majority of active members.
● As the region grows, the Charter may evolve into a more complex form.
