101. I, 
Landbang Rkipo Islands, officially announce the dissolving of the Constitution of Grandterre with immediate effect.
102. At the same time as the dissolving of the Constitution, I hereby announce with the authority of all power invested in me by the people of Grandterre, that the "Citizen's Representation Act", "Governor Act" and "Legislative Continuity Act" are all valid.
103. I hereby declare the metamorphosis of Grandterre from the old Constitutional First Republic, into a New Order. A non-constitutional Second Republic.
104. This was done to adapt the Grandterre Government to its current situation, not to destroy it the Second Republic consists of the same people, ideals and vision as the First Republic.
