forum-side office.Overview: This proposal's primary function is creating the Space Transport and Astronomical Research (STAR) Administration, a WA agency assigned supportive functions for numerous endeavors under the loose umbrella of space travel and research. It lacks any binding powers whatsoever, instead playing the role of a dutiful parent providing members with encouragement, guidance, and metaphorical orange slices as they take to the stars.
Analysis: Unintrusive, undemanding, and unpretentious, this proposal doesn't so much respect nations' sovereignty as it stays well out of their way in the affairs of outer space. Its eponymous WA agency is specifically forbidden from passing any discipline onto members, acting more as a gentle coordinator or resource office than the heaving regulatory engines that pervaded the old GA. Its seemingly ambitious scope fits comfortably within that context, providing members with lightweight support in all manner of space-based activities without being hamstrung by vague remits in the way an agency that somehow attempted to assert binding authority over members in an area as literally vast as outer space would.
