It’s against the rules to deport someone unless regional emergency.

This new wa proposal is poorly worded and under the third point it actually makes genocide legal according to the wording correct me if I'm wrong

A BIT OF CULTURE … :)

Pulmentum Valoris -- The National Dish of Terra Valor

This rich and flavorful fricassee commemorates the struggle to settle Terra Valor. Having lost many friends and family members to the constant attacks of the native wolf packs, the original settlers organized a massive hunt and drove them away. The settlers were now able to begin cultivation and construction of homes, and the meat from the dead wolves was used to replenish the settlers' dwindling supplies.

"These animals have saved us, by providing Sustenance and by providing Example. A single wolf is the Master of its own fate, Capable and Powerful in itself. But at need, the Pack joins together to become a truly fearsome Entity, which none dare attempt to Victimize. We who now share this Land with them will remember their Example and honor it."
-- from the journals of Lancaster Vale, first Chief Confederate of Terra Valor

This recipe serves 4-6 hearty eaters. Remember, it's best if the meat is marinated overnight!

3-4 lbs. wolf meat, cut into 1" cubes
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 Tb. tarragon, chopped
2 Tb. marjoram or oregano
3 cups brandy

1/4 cup cooking oil (canola or light olive)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
4 oz. bacon or pork fatback, diced small
3 medium white onions, diced
3 medium carrots, peeled and diced
2 leeks, cleaned and thinly sliced
2 cups flour

1 1/2 Tb. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 cups red wine
3 cups chicken or vegetable stock

4 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme
2 Tb. whole peppercorns
4-5 bay leaves, whole

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 lb. cremini mushrooms, whole, cleaned

1) Toss together wolf meat, garlic, herbs, and brandy. Cover and marinate at least 2-3 hours (overnight is best).
2) Drain marinated meat, reserve any marinade.

3) In a large heavy pot over medium-high heat, heat oil and butter. When butter is melted, add diced bacon and cook until fat is rendered.
4) Add carrots, onions, and leeks, cook 2-3 minutes (onions should be starting to turn transparent).
5) Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Toss drained meat in flour and shake loose any excess. Add meat to pot and saute until just beginning to brown (2-3 minutes), thern remove.
6) Combine red wine and reserved marinade, add to pot and cook 1-2 minutes.

7) Tie rosemary, thyme, peppercorns, and bay leaves in cheesecloth to make a bouquet garni.
8) Add stock and bring to boil.
9) Reduce heat to low. Add meat and bouquet, cover and simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally. (Be careful not to break the bouquet!)
10) Whisk together sour cream and heavy cream. Mix simmering liquid with cream, a few tablespoons at a time, until doubled in volume. Add cream to pot and continue to simmer uncovered to desired thickness.
11) Add mushrooms and cook 5-6 minutes before serving. Serve with boiled or roasted potatoes, rice, or noodles.

Enjoy!
