Jocospor plain and simple. You can stop reading, but I believe he is the best choice for the job. Too long has the WA been dominated by the Elite, controlling 95% of the votes. I, Supero omnia, am formally announcing my campaign for re-election of the Prime Minister position of Conch Kingdom.
In case anyone reading this is not familiar with me, I am Supero Omnia. I've been a resident of Conch Kingdom for years, going all the way back to May 2016. Since then I've stayed in Conch Kingdom, and am looking to continue to improve the region with a second term. Over my years of time spent with NationStates, I have sent puppets to other regions and learned how they run their governments and what works and what doesn't, at one point even founding my own region (now defunct). I plan to bring those experiences back to Conch Kingdom again for a second term.
In my last campaign dispatch I made several promises of things I would do:

Continue the interviews for Conch Kingdom

In turn I:

Posted monthly government transparency reports for every regional member to look and see what has been accomplished.
Grew the regional population from the term starting number of 122 to a max of 206, the most since May of last year.
My plans for the future
I have several goals planned for the future, which I will put into action if I am re-elected.
I plan to get the region to a stable population of 200+ nations, which I will do by publicly advocating for recruiting and establishing a recruiting team. An even more ambitious goal of mine which likely will never be accomplished would be to break the Conch Kingdom record for most nations in the region, 343.
Continue to do events for Conch Kingdom, more of which will be RMB-based and less discord-based as to involve more people.
Continue the transparency reports.
Continue to improve the laws in the region by suggesting amendments to the Conch Creed.

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the Second Quarter CK Elections Prime Minister Debate! I am your host, New Jaedonstan, and I will be moderating and facilitating this debate. This evening, we will be hearing from the three PM candidates: sitting PM, Supero Omnia, former MoFA, Zuhayrian, and citizen Kot Unduk. Before I continue with my introduction, I will give this opportunity for the candidates to write a short introduction to who they are and their campaign promises.

Hi, I'm Supero Omnia, the current PM for Conch Kingdom. During my term I brought around progress and new events and ideas such as the transparency report and the world census spotlight, all the while emphasizing recruiting and engagement for the region. During my next term I plan to establish Conch Kingdom at a permanent nation count above 200, and bring around biweekly events for everyone in Conch Kingdom to participate in. I have done a lot for this region during my term and I plan to do more during my next one.

I've been on NationStates active daily for 4 years now, either with puppets or my main nation Supero Omnia. With some puppets I've spent time in other regions and participated in their government, seeing what worked and what didn't work, and bringing that back to Conch Kingdom. Some other regions had some great ideas, like Forest's transparency report, which I adopted and am using in Conch Kingdom now. Some other ideas, not so much. I've also been the PM for 3 months currently, and I'd say my term was successful and I did what I set out to do.

As Prime Minister I will hold events on a monthly basis, communicate and discuss with the community every single day to weave our community closer together and work with my government to look for new ideas and ways that we can make Conch Kingdom better at home. As for abroad, I believe that we should keep maintaining friendly relations with other regions, keep our current Embassy Policy as it is and work to host inter-regional events with neighboring regions to strengthen foreign relations.

For the Domestic Ministry I plan on getting more events out. I think that's an area I could have improved on, with only 2-3 events happening under my term. I will make sure more events, be it Augustinvision (which I also brought back during my first term), or sporting simulator events, or others, happen for Conch Kingdom. And of course, I'll be focusing on recruitment for Conch Kingdom again for my second term.
As far as Foreign Affairs, I hope to be more directly involved with what happens in embassy regions. I have been working on an overview of every Conch Kingdom embassy region and their government, so I can know when they elect their officials and welcome the new ones into office. And for my embassy policy, I believe we should only have a few that we have strong ties with, and not an extreme amount with little personal connection.

I will work to make events happen on a monthly basis at least and I will create a discord informer for non-discord users to be informed. I will consider the idea of an Assembly to create a way for new people to have more chances of joining are government and actually making a difference. This way, new residents to Conch Kingdom will be more likely to stay in Conch Kingdom. As for our population, I will work to expand and keep our dedicated recruitment team great while searching for new concepts and ideas with both my government and the people of Conch Kingdom.

Recruitment and Retention are the core pillars of my campaign. It's good and nice to have a huge amount of people in CK, but if none of them participate or do anything it doesn't mean anything. So that's why I plan for bi-weekly events, because if there's a reason, a draw, to make people want to stay and be active in Conch Kingdom, it's our community and it's our events. If there's no community activity there's no reason for an active nation to stay. Activities are a perfect way to engage the community, and I plan to have a lot more during my second term

A legislative assembly I don't believe is necessary for Conch Kingdom. In my previously mentioned time with puppets in other regions, I have rarely seen one that works effectively. In fact, it not working effectively is a reason that it was removed from the Lex Conchata (now Conch Creed) months ago. I advocated for that then and I still advocate for that now.
All citizens have the right to submit a bill or an amendment to be proposed to the government. If a government member okays it, it goes to vote, with the citizens also deciding whether it goes into law or not. Creating an assembly to address the one singular point that a senior minister must ok a bill or amendment in order for it to go to vote is just creating more pointless bureaucracy and empty positions to address a non-issue.

In Nation States, Legislative Assemblies are way too large, have too many components working to keep them going and are generally unsuitable for most small populations. Only Assemblies that are adaptable in every way will be able to work. The Assembly I propose is generally and wrongly assumed to be the exact Assembly we had years ago, when in reality it is a new breed. Something never done before. The Assembly I propose has the ability to "disappear" when the number of members passes below a certain threshold and "reappear" when they pass up again. With this Assembly, our government will remain the same and our direct democracy will remain the same. Members will not be fixed in number and can be anywhere from everyone in Conch Kingdom to the top of the threshold. Each citizen will be offered a seat, which they can either refuse or accept. A Legislative Assembly can work with the principles of Direct Democracy, so I think they can be either good, or bad, depending on what system is used.

I'm going to continue what was received well by the regional members, such as the transparency reports and the world census spotlight, and improve on areas that I was told I need to do better on. For example I was told I needed to do more events, which is why I say now I will host at least one every two weeks.
Additionally, I'm going to do a weekly anonymous performance poll, which any person can submit feedback to me anonymously about what I can do better. This will allow for more immediate feedback on what I should be doing.

To start off, I have listened to the concerns of voters and rewrote my campaign dispatch. While it is not finished, I have made plenty of progress. Everyone should understand there will always be a disgruntled voter, so I can never calm everyone. I began my campaign with an aim to improve Conch Kingdom and I still aim to improve Conch Kingdom. While some of my ideas may be radical, I am willing to listen to the concerns of people and engage in debates. As well as that, all of my grand-scale ideas will be put up for referendum so the people of Conch Kingdom can decide what they'll throw and what they'll take. I apologize for the late response.

My biggest frustration during my term was managing my time and getting activities out and done and participated in. I worked hard on an event I did, AugustinVision, for only 4 other nations to participate. I also have a busy schedule from schoolwork, so it was hard to get events finished just by myself. I need to manage my time better, and be able to get everything I need to be done here done while also being able to tend to my personal life.

With summer comes more free time for quite a lot of people here. If we can get people who are free recruiting for Conch Kingdom almost all day throughout the summer, I have no doubt we can challenge the CK record for most nations in the region.
I'll be advertising recruitment on the RMB, awarding Order of Recruitment medals publicly, everything I can do to get people to recruit. And more new ideas and concepts is a good thing to have, I'd welcome them.

Firstly, I'd like to say I am constantly surrounded by people who have the experience, knowledge and understand the workings and legacy of this region. Secondly, if I have managed to make a campaign of quality and dedication to Conch Kingdom as a "newcomer" through hard work, then I surely can use that same commitment to run the Prime Ministry, with a few pointers from former members if needed. I understand the legacy of this region and I understand how this regions works. If I didn't, I would have ran a lousy campaign or I wouldn't have ran at all.

The PM is the head of the region and is the main voice of communication between the AA officials and Conch Kingdom. My role as PM would be to educate the citizens of Conch Kingdom of the pros and cons of leaving the AA. When I voted for Conch Kingdom to leave months ago, I had no idea how much the bot that comes with the AA did for us, with WA campaigns, recruitment, listing and verifying nations, along with countless other things I haven't mentioned. If I was that well informed about how much the AA benefited CK months ago, I wouldn't have voted to leave.

Hello Conch Kingdom,
I urge you to vote Yes on the amendment currently at vote.
Current law dictates that in order for a person to receive the Order of Merit (hereafter referred to as the OoM) they must be currently residing within Conch Kingdom and must have resided in Conch Kingdom for two consecutive months prior in order to be eligible to receive the OoM. This proposed amendment removes those clauses from the Conch Creed.
It is my belief that we should recognize extraordinary contributions made to this region, even if those people are no longer with us. For example, The superior helghan empire worked for years in government and along with Momocarlile and Raccoon republik effectively laid the foundations for everything that Conch Kingdom is today, launching unprecedented levels of activity only matched by 2x OoM recipient Tulov's term in office.
However, after years of service, Helghan decided to step away from NationStates, with the intent to never return. The only reason he hasn't been awarded the OoM so far is because it was introduced (with the residency clauses) after he had left. Just because he decided to leave NationStates for whatever personal reason he may have does not mean his impact on the region should be lessened and forgotten and made not deserving of the Order of Merit.
And so for those reasons I urge a vote yes on the poll.
