In order to cancel a policy you have to wait to get a special issue that has to do with the policy and it might never come.
I would love to know the answer to the intelligence question because it seems that the average IQ of my nation is about 60...
According to the forums you have to choose options that lead to your nation spending more on education and scientific advancement and be more liberal (obviously the game would do that).
I mean it makes sense, a democracy needs a lot of education to work, whereas a dictatorship works better if the person in charge does all the thinking.
Perhaps Eudaschia will see drastic changes on the governmental level in the near future.
