Khải Ca spies on Kaho and the strange person, thinking that it was suspicious that Kaho rides with someone. He notices that the man doesn’t have any ears. . . Or any tail. He goes to the local samurai’s and alerts them of the situation, Aoroa is gone but Kaho was trekking on the horse, she was suddenly stopped by the local samurai’s and detained in her house until these certain foreigners arrive. Rumors spreader throughout the town, and then to the capital.
Few weeks later the Prime Minister gets out of his house in Katiko (カティコ) and gets to the Governmental Palace, he reaches the front gate and notices the samurai’s looking down at a letter from the ground.

However men of other nations cannot do any sort of whaling or fishery in these maritime seas as it’s apart of the State.” He then sighs, “Though however if you are honest with your words, I’ll not fine you and your crew for the whaling activity. Just next time you capture any whales at seas, we will start fining your activity, and those fines increase if they are kept being disobeyed.” He said.

The pillars lined with Gold and jewels. Statues of Lions lined with Gold sit on both sides of the room. Glass stained windows with lights from lanterns ceremonial fires, and Glowing crystals filling the room with lights. Hundreds of thousands of Chairs sit in the Chamber.
In the center most chair sits the Garzo wearing a red cape,Golden armor,with Flag Of Gloria Epaulettes,Black Boots and two Golden jewels embroidered gauntlets, and a large Golden Crown jewel embroidered. The Garzet wears a white and red dress, Golden and jewel embroidered bracelets and necklaces. She also wears A Flag Of Gloria cape, and Red heals. She wears a large Golden and Jewel Crown with gems. The 12 Children wear the same things only less grand except the Crowns can’t compare too the Garzo and Garzet. High ranking officials like the Grand Arch Supreme General Golden Knight and others occupy the other chairs on the stage. Hundreds of Thousands of Government officials sit on the Golden and leather Jewel embroidered chairs.

The only other beings with them are several of Kido's aids, an attache from the Imperial Household, a Kagoshima Police official, and a translator, as the officials prefer their native tongue to English, and will speak Japanese whenever they can. He checks his watch, there's still plenty of time. His next meeting isn't for a two hours.
"A meeting with the Empress is an entirely different matter, I'm afraid. To coordinate that would require meetings with both Iktah and Japanese officials. Various arrangements would have to be made, with the Palatinate, with the Imperial Guard, and the Askiji Police. Not to mention the Empress is to be moving her court to Akasaka Palace in the coming months. Perhaps a visit with the sovereign should be delayed until later?"

Eventually after some weeks, another ship would arrive in the Kemonomica, this time carrying Prince Johan of Tholasyne. The ship docks at San-Furansokyo and he would be escorted out by two royal guards. The Prince stats that he is here to find a princess to court and potentially marry.
Sluporian sailors would swear they watched that ship sink not too long ago but ignore it and go back to drinking, meanwhile port authority has dispatched 6 tugboats, 3 patrol boats, and a stealth corvette to assist in its docking.

Mr.Teal is present and is asking for repairs for Battleship and training on how to use it. As he has Crew available to operate said ship. Though Crew have only experience on Wooden Gallery. Closest before they ever got on modern ship was by Dunmar Navy and Jesuriz Carrier.
