No... seems like too much...

Cetiri and Ghara of course ended up in their positions of power in vastly different ways, Cetiri being elected unexpectedly, and Ghara being selected through... your system. However it was that he was selected in particular.

But, the two share similar traits. For instance, Cetiri is fairly unapproachable in regards to combat ability, but besides that, she's a fairly active voice both online and in public. Just like Ghara is.

What else to write about...

Cermiersia wrote:Moramia just never choose any combat or field training because as a traditional monarchy it was garentied she would be the next leader without a coup so she was groomed to be it from the start with government and ideology education. Looking at studies of foreign nations she saw that leading an army like the days of old was unnecessary and dangerous and thus choose to work purely from a governmental standpoint.

Being a specialist is considered a tradition to emperors/empresses, and it serves a practical purpose as a way for the emperor/empress to defend themselves without assistance, just in case they are separated from their guards. Ghara decided to be a medical specialist as he would alway be prepared for any situation where a doctor or at least a medic was needed.

Anyone with the slightest relationship to the ruling monarchy can inherit the throne on his or her death ordered in closet to farthest relation. Thus their is never a real need for self defense in terms of political stability. The reason why most Cermiersian monarchs use it is down to army tradition of riding with your forces so they can’t coup you. However Moramia thought this unnecessary in the modern era.

I actually don't know what particular training Cetiri had from her time in the Survey Corps... probably survival training, but I'm not sure what else... hn...

As stated above, the Imperial Throne can be inherited by any member of the Aristocracy Families, through the process of Pulling A Name Out Of A Hat But Fancy. It's why this is the 8th Hasran Dynasty, as the end of each dynasty is determined by each monarch of the dynasty. When a monarch decides to end a dynasty upon their death/retirement, they just pull a name out of a carefully maintained, ancient helmet.

Yes, yes I do.

Haven and Sanctuary What do I write about?

No, Moramia has a firm grip on the government. Anybody who would go against her faces a firing line. Normal police state stuff and whatnot.

oOOooO. I think we have more in common than I initially thought.

We mean your government doesn't independently operate most functions without direct oversight from your Monarch, and thus she doesn't have nearly as much 'free time' to exercise, or handle her own personal affairs.

Hnnng fine.

What if the screen door isn’t a door, but actually a window and we’re on the 11th floor of this building, and he somehow ended there?

...Sorry, my creativity went a bit overboard.

Haven and Sanctuary wrote:Need ice?

No, just like that one time a few years ago.

You want overboard creativity, try thinking of a fantasy romantic comedy and suddenly have an entire pantheon and creation myth.
