Hn... Cetiri could probably change out her PPSh-41 for the EX-HEAR and nobody would really complain... but she probably has too much of an attachment with it.

To get what you want or to not get what you want that is the question.

Otek Entertainment is recalling all A-type Megaconsoles after Fila-mints were found in many of them, charging and feeding off the electricity.

But what if the question was "what's the fastest way to get what I want?"

Actually... imagine the international opinion of Cetiri carrying around an anti-tank rifle with her everywhere she went. That'd be more absurd than the MoA would be willing to stomach.

I dare you to make that a reality. Everyone's already doing it here anyways

Hwhat.

No. Cetiri doesn't want to. She has the PPSh-41, she doesn't need an anti-tank railgun too.

Gosh darnit.

All this railgun talk makes me want to tell both my stat-wise scientists and IC scientists to hurry up.

What's funnier is the person who authorized the anti-tank railgun is famously anti-technology when it comes to weapons. Yet here they are, letting a railgun be handed to infantry.

A black and grey striped cruiser ambled its way out of port. The same one it had sailed into to receive its armaments and add-ons. The tidbits that made it the warship it was. A Versota class guided-missile cruiser. And the first of the 2nd generation no less. For its size, it was surprisingly agile, It’s workmanship-like form mixed with a subtle sleekness. Its crew a mixture of veterans and newbies, and her captain an unorthodox character that clawed his way to the top in the only way he knew how. And now a newly commissioned command in his control. Its first mission was so amazing, Naval command had neglected to tell him any more than to sail out to Timbuktu at sea. The opinion was divided as to what was going to happen. A secret assignment? Surely not, times have changed, the military was now the babied one. But if not, why the secrecy? A disguised patrol mission? One couldn’t win it all.
No one could figure it out, but if anything was certain, they had a job to do. One that needed to get done now!

Why is my Scientific advancement is so low eventhough I chose "strongly disagree" on the question "The world needs to rediscover it’s spirituality" and I didn’t choose anything that decreases Scientific advancement?

You sound familiar. Did you have a previous nation, Eglinton Federation? Or something of the sort?

Yes, but none has anything to do with Scientific advancement

I used to be the Centrist Eglinton Confederation but I abandoned it because I chose too many bad decisions with it.

hmm, well still, just the randomness factor decides what you get. Anywhere from 100 and lower is the average start-out SA amount. Guess you got the lower end huh?

I used to have 250 + Scientific advancement and now I have 34.. How much time do I need to get back to around 250?

Depends on the luck of the RNG.
