You can follow the instructions to do that here:
Thegye is a vast and dynamic world, filled with as many cultures and polities as there are stars in the sky. While borders are fluid and difficult to enforce, this does not stop scholars and scribes from attempting to document the location of these nations. Each of the known world's most significant nations can be found below, marked in its own color and labeled. However, their work is never done. You can assist their documentation by providing the location of your own nation via telegram to Bassiliya or sending a Discord DM to Lies Kryos#1734 after making sure that you have filled out an RSC at page=dispatch/id=1371516 and gotten it approved. Make sure that the information provided is reasonable, no Empire spans half the world or will suddenly grow to encompass an entire continent without warning. Additionally, nations that are actively involved in world affairs will have stronger claims and will be able to hold larger territories. The latest version of our map can be found on our discord, this page may not be up to date. EDIT: Going forward, all new map claims require a completed and approved RSC. You must submit the RSC prior to, or alongside, your map claim, or your map claim will be considered invalid.
Each pixel represents 4km^2. There is no maximum claim size, but keep all claims and expansions within reason. Any claim found to be excessive or otherwise unrealistic can be denied.
Legend:

The old stories tell that when the first person on the first morning in the land now called Noyistain woke, he yawned, stretched, and said to the first thing he saw, ¨Well, no stains here,¨ because of his unfortunate past. His name was Caelumis and the first thing he happened to see was a rock. Standing beside the rock, though, was a woman, named Terria, whom he would learn to get along with very well.
So throughout the generations, that sentence was taught to children and those children´s children and those children´s children, and so on, until, quite by accident, everyone referred to the land around them as Noyistain.
In the southern jungles of Noyistain, lived the Wysteinens, Noyistainians who were traitors, thieves, and vagabonds, but they have little to do with Noyistain now. (Except for the fact that they once waged a Great War on pretty much every Noyistainian)
Years ago, Aldire, the brother of King Zandfli, had a desire for the king´s throne. As the fifth oldest, he never had a right to it. Eventually, he created a plot, which included the death of Zandfli and the crown to be his. But Zandfli discovered his brother´s evil intention. With much sadness, he banished Aldire.
After Aldire was banished from Noyistain, he traveled into the southern Noyistain. (The same place where the Wysteinens lived, and where Noyistainians would never venture) After a few years, he worked himself into a power of position in the that land, soon crowning himself King of Southern Noyistain. But that did not stop him for wanting his brother´s throne. King Aldire marched his troops into Northern Noyistain and took control.
After King Zandfli and all his lords -pretty much everybody with a claim to the throne- was thought to have been executed, the Noyistainians eventually learned to survive under the control of the invaders. Other then that, everything was fine in Noyistain in those days, as long as everyone was in their homes before midnight, as long as everyone obeyed the new king´s orders, and as long as they never complained when their fellow Noyistainians were occasionally taken into the walls of the castle, never to be seen again. Other then the constant threat of death and torture, everything in the kingdom was fine then.
But after nearly two decades upon the throne, Aldire faced a situation. When he had invaded Noyistain and killed Zandfli, Queen Floridus, Zandfli's wife, had escaped the burning castle with her four year old son, three year old son, and six month old daughter, and fled to the Clan of Greenbreeze, where one of her relatives lived. Floridus gave birth to another daughter there, and was determined that all four of her children wouldn't know that they themselves were royal until they were old enough to take back their father's throne. When the two decades had passed, Floridus told the four of their past.
After five years of continuous fighting, the four Noyistainians faced their uncle in the largest battle Noyistain had ever seen. Years later, artists would depict the glorious battle in colorful mosaics upon the walls of the castle in Patriagellis. The legend would be passed down from father to son, mother to daughter, grandfather to grandson, grandmother to granddaughter. Everyone would tell the battle differently. But there would be some details no one would forget: Regelfi defeating six Wysteinens - before even drawing his sword. Cornerdo swinging his blade through an entire squad of enemy archers. Abbigi defending the gates with her Noyistainian swordsmen. And Esthero, the rightful heir to the throne, defeating her uncle herself.
After the long war, Esthero was crowned queen. The two older brothers, Regelfi and Cornerdo became the Throne Wardens, as it was customary. Too many nations have fallen from greed and lust for power, something that had almost happened to Noyistain. That is why the third oldest was always chosen to be king or queen. Abbigi became the Songmaiden of Noyistain, as was also customary.
Noyistainians
Noyistainians are normally tall and lean. Most use their wit when it comes to battle, and can be very fast when they need to be. Their skin tone is normally honey colored, and most of the time, their eye colors are blue or green. Their hair color can range from brown, blonde, and sometimes, if from the Clan of Fireleaf, can be red.
The Clans of Noyistain
There are over one hundred clans in Noyistain. Each one has from 1,000 Noyistainians to 100,000 Noyistainians. All the clans have certain roles they play in Noyistain, from farming to sailing, from woodcutting to blacksmithing, from defending to ruling the kingdom. The smallest clan is the Royal Clan of Stonegale. There are currently 19 Noyistainians living in it now, including Queen Esthero and her family. The largest clan is the warrior Clan of Icewind, which has up to 90,000 Noyistainians.
The Music of Noyistain
Noyistain has always felt connected to each other through music, something Noyistainians have never taken for granted. Most believe that the music is magic, while others say there is no such thing. But what ever the matter, Noyistain has a interest with music. The instruments they use can't be found anywhere else. The Canticulum, for example, is a almost like a flute, except for the strings that are connected to the middle joint instead of keys. Another example would be the Notasli, one of the rarer instruments. This is a musical instrument that has a violin base, but strings like a piano.
Instruments of War
Noyistainians prefer bows, swords, and daggers over other weapons. Their armor is normally gold colored, with white chainmail. Noyistain is not fond of catapults or other medieval machines. They use trees for cover and wear their enemies out until they can easily strike. Sometimes, the Noyistainians use horses in open spaces, and go out for full battle.
Religon
Most Noyistainians believe in one Maker, who created the world and all in it. Noyistainians know him as the One. He made four protectors to guard His creations, the Phoenix, the Serpent, the Dragon, and the Kelpie. They believe that the Maker and the four watch them closely, protecting them.
When a person of Noyistain passes away, the Noyistainians believe a Black Carriage came for them. The Carriage bounded the struggling soul of the man or woman, boy or girl, and took them across the sea, to the sunken mountains, a once dragon kingdom ruled by King Yurgen. There, the person was be judged, and would either live with the Maker and His four peacefully in His kingdom, or would cease from existence.
I finished this factbook just now. It is an overview of Noyistain, including the history of Noyistain, the clans of Noyistain, and a few other topics.

Roleplay update: more and more nations are making their appearance known in the world. Shijeun has recently contributed its forces to the anti-Krotoik coalition, and the empire may finally soon fall to a prolonged two-front war. Additionally, as absurd as it is, one new nation claims to be a “democracy” not ruled by nobility or clergy at all! Surely nothing will come of this, this form of government can’t last, right?

No.
Reminder that everyone is a monarchist except me. Even those states which claim to be "democracies", where the (disgusting) peasants are allowed to rule, will inevitably return to monarchical control.
Does monarchy count if you have a court of nine lords leading the nation?
didnt read lol

Discuss: This next question will be a nice, lighthearted one, but one with two very unique sides. Since George Lucas just couldn't resist making billions off of the Star Wars franchise and ensuring that his iron hold over one of the most well-loved stories in recent history, he wrote and produced the Prequels. They are, in popular opinion, awful (only barely less so than the newest trilogy). But do the Prequels really deserve such a bad reputation?
Yes. And no. They are interesting stories and open up the world of Star Wars. However, they are also very clearly a device for merchandising and making toys and Legos and things that Mr. Lucas can make a whole bunch of money off of. I think the Prequels deserve bad criticism because there are parts that are just so bad, but that it also deserves to be recognized as a unique and interesting story, at times, and one that brings us cool fight scenes and an interesting story to lead up to the Oringinal Trilogy.
Side note: what is it with Star Wars and making all their movies in trilogies? Come on. Get creative.

I do think the prequel trilogy gets more bad press than it deserves. Sure, most acting is downright bad in the first two films and the dialogue is rubbish, but it does its job - to tell the story of the downfall of Anakin. I do think the plot of the prequel trilogy is good and George Lucas had a clear vision of how the story was going to play out (unlike the sequel directors) and some scenes are really good.
I wouldn’t say the prequels are better than the OT, but are miles better than the sequel trilogy.
That's not monarchy, but if the lords are not all opposed to the concept then it is monarchical.
I like that they opened the pathways to some good stories, and so I am grateful for their existence. But imo the films themselves (at least episodes I and II) are just awful. They story is good on basic terms but the execution is very poor. I think the sequels are generally bad, but I think they're far better than the prequels because at least they're nice to look at. The prequels are ugly, as well as worse in every other way except the overall plot.
In recent times I think there've been quite a lot of people (especially online) who think that the trilogy is actually good, and so it's reputation has got better, but I completely disagree. Bad films deserve to have bad reputations.
I don't really care about Star Wars but I hate the prequels for the bad CGI and love the sequels because of the big booms and explosions
