Pandect has a picture: https://i.imgur.com/rsAfpfa.jpg This is the northern side of the capital, Arkhonia. It is built around a complex river delta.

At the bottom right is the original village of Arkhonia and just above is an expansion of housing and a large retail centre built over one of the country estates. In the distance is the old town which has many original victorian era industrial buildings, as well as large areas of new investment and growth some of which was built during the communist era. The shoreline is a recent development with large hotels and apartments overlooking the sea. Farming villages top right are undergoing growth likely to see them merge with the city conurbation within the next few years.

Heavy industry, the airport, a large sea-port and other services are off picture to the left on the southern side.

Considering your stats, I remain somewhat unconcerned.
