Probably because no one here really cares for the very, very descriptive resolution going on. It's the literal same thing as 'Marriage Equality'.

No, it isn't. Unlike Marriage Equality, the resolution neither forces states to define "marriage" in a particular way, nor does it force states to provide state support for marriages or domestic partnerships; they can be treated as a purely private contractual affair.
