I just got a headache from eating candy corn. Does that mean I'm high on candy Corn?

Sorry Northern Creeper. I won't like your stuff anymore. I was just doing it as a token of agreement.

You got it Northern Creeper. I will only Like stuff when I REALLY agree with the potency of the statement. ;)

Well I would like to discuss putting a resolution forward before the world assembly that would prevent repealing a resolution days after its passage.

If a constant repeal of resolutions continues it brings into question the efficacy of the world assembly and its purpose. Why have a WA in the first place if all its laws are going to be repealed immediately after they're passed?

That's not what I am talking about. If a resolution isn't passed there is no need to repeal it.

I think it is high time we end the vexatious immediate repeal of resolutions. All resolutions should have an effective and sunset clause that can not be tampered with even by a repeal.

I would need Funkadelia's help to push it forward. He is our delegate after all. What do you think Dr. Frankenstein? Would you support a bill that would end the immediate and vexatious repeal of WA resolutions?
