Statement from the Hejing Palace
His Imperial Grace, Emperor Chongzhen, has hereby released a new factbook detailing the Edict of Rights. The Edict was proclaimed in 1572 AD by Emperor Yuanzheng of Feng, who based it upon the teachings of governance in the Palace, taught to Princes.
The Ministry of Diplomacy
The Edict of Rights (自权令) is a collection of edicts that guaranteed the Fengese populace freedoms and rights by the Emperor. Passing Imperial Approval and proclaimed in 1572 by Emperor Yuanzheng, below is shown the full edict:
The Edict of Rights
By Order of the Emperor: The Edict of Rights, passing Imperial Approval of Emperor Yuanzheng and receiving the stamp of the Imperial Seal, shall hereby be declared a law of the Great Feng.
The Edict of Rights shall not be modified or overturned in any way by any and all Emperors after Emperor Yuanzheng, or officials of the Imperial Court no matter a Minister or minor bureaucrat. Upon violation, the offender shall face expulsion from the Palace. The Rights promised by this edict are as follows:
1. The Edict of Opinion The populace shall receive the freedom of the expression of opinions without Imperial intervention.
2. The Edict of Free Press The press shall receive the freedom from Imperial intervention or persecution.
3. The Edict of Faith The populace shall be free to practice religious faith without Imperial Intervention, with the exception of the religions with involvement of human sacrifice and killings.
4. The Edict of Assembly The populace shall be free to hold peaceful protest without Imperial Intervention. Protests of violent, deadly, or highly obstructive nature will not be counted as peaceful protest.
5. The Edict of Immigration All Fengese with a valid passport shall be free to immigrate and visit other nations.
6. The Edict of Justice All Fengese are guaranteed fair trial, and may demand trial by jury. (Jury section added during the Fengese incorporation of the jury into the Judicial branch in 1796)
7. The Edict of Privacy All Fengese are guaranteed the right to live privately without Imperial interference. The Imperial Court shall only receive private information if given written consent.
8. The Edict of Property All Fengese are guaranteed freedom from eminent domain.
9. The Edict of Guilt All Fengese are innocent until proven guilty before Court. No penalties shall be handed down beforehand.
10. The Edict of Execution Fengese are guaranteed freedom from the penalty of execution and are only given death in intentional murder.
11. The Edict of Torture Fengese are guaranteed freedom from torture or corporal punishment.
12. The Edict of Conscription All Fengese are guaranteed freedom from conscription and join the Imperial Army, Navy, or Air Force only when they desire.
13. The Edict of Sexuality All genders and sexualities shall be considered equal within the Feng Dynasty.
14. The Edict of Personhood All persons within the Feng Dynasty, no matter citizen or not, shall all be recognized as human.

The Council has released a new national program known as the New Life Initiative. This is meant to be a large reform and increased spending on healthcare, welfare, education, housing, and transportation. It is to hopefully greatly incresed the benifitsfor and imporve the lifestyle of does in or near the Lower Class, it is also to boost the heath and education of the nation over its current state to provide Electrica with an increase on healthy and intelligent people. From what we know it will come into effect in around a week.
Also the contruction of Azure Landing has been complete! Valrassrari are flocking to the new city as it will give them a sence of home away from home, as the city architecture fallows that of their people homeworld and colonies. Meanwhile the construction og New Horizon is still in the planning phase, but thw location has been found and outpost for the workers are being established for the future construction operation.
Bio-Tank Co., a new company that is on the rise, has decided to release its first Bio-Fuel products to the public. Currently mainly planes and large vehichles have been reported to use these fuels while the rest uses electricity. So far they seem to be challenging the system, as a race between the fastest Electrica race car, and the new Bio-Fuel race car will be underway withinnthe month. It seems that the military is actually their biggest funder due to most of the military vehichles use Bio-Fuel, with Bio-Tank being the best.
International News
A new International Aid program has been created by college and university students known as: Electircan Students Aid Corps, or ESAC, which will be going to different nations in need or in poverty to help their people. Currently they plan to send half of their members to the Dynasty and the new Republic to help them in reconstruction, education, and more due to the damages of the war. The organization is completely volutonary, yet almost 10,000 students have already signed up to join ESAC.
The Council has decided that Elecitrca will reform their international policy to better their diplomacy, and their stance in future international conflicts. Is this the sign of official neutrality and isolation? Or is it the start of something new for the government and the nation itself?
Helios Coalition: The Coalition first meeting has finally adjourned, and from what it seems, each memeber of the Coaltion will support the Feng Dynasty in starting their own Space Program and also increasing support to does that have fallen short. Also the confimation of a Super Complex has gone through, and workers from all the nations are now working together to build a HQ for the Coalition.
Military Updates
The USNEAF, or the United States of North Electirca Armed Forces. It is known as Project Guardian. This is a huge reform in Electircan soldiers CQC and Melee combat, which is planned to greatly improve soldiers ability to fighting in close quarters or is not armed with a gun. It is also supposed to help soldiers have improved focus, attentiveness, combat skill, and skill to improvise in the battlefeild.
Also involved with this, is the adding of the Guardian soldier class. The Guardian will be armed with armor, a sheild, and a assortment of melee weapons and most likely a pistol and explosives. Their purpose is for a CQC unit, base and civilian defense, and also soldier battlefeild defense. The program is scheduled to start in the fallowing three weeks.

Press Secretary CJ Craig announced to the press the major peace, technology, and trade deal, all of which has gained an overwhelming amount of support from the Legislature.
Domestic News:
The Unity space shuttle was returning home on a routine trip from the lunar surface, installing the next piece to the AusValia Lunar Research Center. However, just as the ship was preparing its final landing procedures they lost two of their Orbital Maneuvering Systems. AusValia Council of Aeronotics Director Eugene Kranz stated, "At this time the Unity and its shuttle crew are not in any immediate danger. While this situation is urgent, we would not classify it as an emergency. We have redundancy after redundancy worked in just for situations like these." The shuttle was expected to land last night, but was obviously halted in this situation. The ACA has stated that the Freedom Shuttle is standing by in case of an emergency evacuation of the crew is needed.

The United States and the Kingdom have signed a Non-Agression pact, which will keep the peace between the nations in the future. Also trade between the nations has started as goods from both starts to flow over sea and in the air. Along with this, an Electrican Embassy is being constructed in the Kingdom, and currently a area has been selected for the Kendrickland Embassy.

The Commonwealth’s opinion on the recent events is that instead of conducting an entire peace conference over such an embarrassing and immature matter in our opinion it would be better for the prestige of all the nations who took part in the Great War of Annoyance (Corlenia, Neyde spears kingdom, Kendrickland, 
Feng Dynasty and Soust calica) if the entire affair is classified as “non-canon” and left in the past.
Nobody wants your potential future rival or ally to at some point be able to bring up that “10 years ago you played hardbass over our capital” or “you bombarded us with condoms!” As such, forgetting the events that happened over the last couple of days and moving on to a more serious and bright future would seem like the most reasonable solution in this situation. In the nation of the Serbatijan empire, Corlenian involvement has come to a standstill as other issues plague the nation. Thus, Corlenian and Serb advances have come to a halt, even falling back a bit.
The Corlenian central battle offices have ordered a massive boost to involvement, with all remaining forces in the Feng Dynasty, along with several divisions of tanks, AFVs, and soldiers to be moved along with the fleet already stationed in the bay of Taijing, and several air wings. If we are to delay the collapse of the Serbatijan Frontline and the capture of Ras, then we must use all assets available to combat the unknowns.

The GC Colonel sat at his desk smoking his cigarette. He was struggling. Attacks from the resistance were on the rise and if he didn't get it under control..... well.... he couldn't think about what would happen.
There was a knock on the door.
"Enter", said the Colonel in an annoyed voice.
"Sorry sir, but....the General is on his way up now. We had no idea h....."
An older man, fully decorated in various ribbons and medals pushed the aid to the side.
"Nobody had any idea I was coming" the old man spat.
The Colonel stood up and saluted the man, who quickly responded back.
"Sir, had I known you were coming we would have had a heroes welcome" said the Colonel, a bit nervously.
"Exactly why I didn't announce I was coming John."
The Colonel nodded to his aid to leave.
The General sat down. "We have ourself a little problem don't we Colonel." said the General.
"Sir?"
"We know about the resistance problems, and now we have anti government films out there. I don't need to reconsider another man for the job do I?"
"No sir" said the Colonel, slightly sweating.
"Here is the deal. You and your group wanted to be a part of Gilead, and we agreed. We took you in. But see, if you start looking weak, we look weak, and that is a problem for the Emperor, which means it is a problem for me. So I don't care what you gotta do, but get your house in order. You may be my godson, but you know exactly what we do to people who do not do their job right?"

"Good, cause Beth loves you so much. But you know our duty son. Country comes first. Now what is your plan?"

-New defensive weapon entering production-
After many threats of nuclear weapons from hostile nations, Corlenia has decided that now, with global superpowers taking such brash choices as threatening war through unknown means as done by the Thanedom of jon, to develop some powerful, reliable defensive weapons to protect the United Empire. An official version of the HPLU-RO-18 Laser defense cannon has been called to be tested and put into production as soon as possible.
Possible uses of such a weapon include;
-disabling or destroying nuclear missiles
-long-range sniping against small vessels or aircraft
-nationwide defense from WMDs
This weapon would be an electron laser mounted on a radar-guided and tracking turret for maximum efficiency. For maximum damage on impact, the laser would be heated to a temperature of 5,000 Celcius with a 300 kilowatt to a 1 megawatt powerplant.
We are interested to see how this goes...
In the scenic coastal town of Kirchenstaudt was filled with the soft, cheery piano from the radio taiso as the sun rose. The serene morning was otherwise quiet, few people moved in the large streets of the town between the short colorful buildings of the town. Those that did scattered through the town like the last ants of a dying colony towards the central hub of the city.
Verleschdie had been known for championing a special, “Christian-Socialism” prior to it joining the Kjanuan State. It allowed the personal freedoms the Asanoist claimed to, and protected the right of faith by creating many Christian churches without hierarchy. While the neighboring Kjanu clamped down on idea of faith entirely to protect the authority of the government, Verleschdie and its elected-for-life Speaker used the church to create a stable society. When the nation joined Kjanu, the latter claimed the church communes of Verleschdie would be protected, but just a few short months after many began to shut down.
In the center of the cozy town was a small marble building. Its gothic arches and twirling spires flared out, detailed in an intense symmetry. Between the spires a delicate stained glass window held a sole golden cross before a blue sky. The gargantuan wooden doors were open to the public, few streamed in. Officially, this building was the Museum of Medieval Verleschdie, but that only came about after the Kjanuan annexation. Inside, great pillars held up the high ceiling, arching back and forth with intricacy. The glass windows let the sun into the building in golden rays, as if heaven had chosen the room for its divine eyes to watch. Deep brown wooden pews lined the long hall, leading up to a platform with a tall arch and an ancient reed organ behind a marble pedestal.
An old man in red and white robes walked out as people filed into the benches. The crowd stood up and music began to fill the hall as the congregates formed a choir. They sang their praises out like birds calling for the sun. Their beautiful creation was ended as suddenly as it began, dozens of men stormed into the church and began to tackle the choir. They fell to the floor, those who fought back were quickly subdued. The preacher who had yet to say anything was tackled by many men, beaten, and left outstretched on the pulpit. As the congregates were taken out of the building to never return, the golden beams of light illuminated the grim picture that remained in the church.
In churches all around former Verleschdie similar acts would take place, a new policy to limit the barely tolerated faith had been enacted by the new President. The raids would be followed by extensive protests, but through media silencing and extensive force, even those would be a futile act of rebellion against the state of Kjanu.

Tonight's big story, in an effort to have less royal duties, Neyde has appointed a pigeon called P.Shaun has been selected as dictator of the kingdom. When asked how he felt about this he said "croo" which has roughly been translated to "I'm about to rule with an iron fist you hoes arent ready!"
In other news, the Grammy nominations have been released, many artists have been nominated but in a shocking twist, many have been banned for secretly working with rapist producers. Names will be named at a later date.
And finally, Fist Of Flame will be having a crossover episode with Bojack Horseman in which there is rumoured to be a 10 way gay harem.

Recently, Lord Halifax the First has done an interview on the recent tour of High Thane Jon the Third. In it, he apologized to AusValia and others on the tour, claiming the High Thane has recently become busy with domestic and international issues that require his hand. Unfortunately, this means the current tour is cancelled, fo r the time being. Though, he will be sending General Vladimir the Fourth to the WU base opening to represent the Thanedom.
The Supreme Emperor has secretly met with his Generals in a confidential meeting. With new access to technology, he wants to build his own nuclear arsenal to help protect himself against a nation like White water islands. The government has already known about a deep uranium mine, and with the support of the Supreme Emperor, the process has already begun.
In the public, the Supreme Emperor has reaffirmed his commitment to denuclearization and peace within our country and to the country of White water islands, "Peace is within our grasp, and the GUPS is fully committed to helping to reach a full and sustainable future."
