Crime is the way of life in Gonsuln, or to rephrase, the glorious way out of life.
If there needed to be punishment, our neighbours will deliver it through crimes of their own. Then we deliver theirs. Then they us, and so on.
To become right, to remain right, even by standards of our own, is a toil we reject.

There is no crime against the government, none is capable.

The Dragonian Alliance has recently turned all of its foreign aid investment to fund the video game market (like literally the last issue I did). We can offer general advice. Civil Rights will go up by choosing the issue that lets people do what they want, generally. This can be very bad or very good. Economy will go up by subsidizing it or letting the rich business leaders do what they want, generally. This can be very bad or very good in both circumstances. You can also ask for opinions on various issues. I tend to read the last two lines of an option to get the gist of what the option will do.

In terms of individual fight scenes: Kaladin versus Szeth from Words of Radiance, Luffy versus Katakuri from One Piece (which really let Oda have fun with his mastery of depth and motion, and was also beautifully adapted in the anime), Inigo versus Rugen from Princess Bride, and the Freeway setpiece from The Matrix Reloaded.

For non-combat scenes, the finales of Karasuno versus Shiratorizawa from Haikyuu and Seirin versus Rakuzan from Kuroko no Basket spring to mind.

I could name a hundred more, but limited myself.

Both of mine have to come from the film adaptaion of Ogniem i Mieczem, or "With Fire and Sword". The first being the duel between Jurko Bohun and Michał Wołodyjowski, and the second being the Siege of Zbarazh

The fight I always go back to is Rider vs Archer in Fate Zero. Besides that Vegeta vs Majinn Buu for the sacrifice. Ahsoka vs Vader and the final duel between Maul and Obi wan in star wars. Also One Punch Man vs the Deep Sea King for how one sided it is after all the build up.

Keep to what has been previously suggested and stay the course while thinking through the decisions. Your nation is still new and prone to drastic changes.

I went through this same mental obstacle course when starting out. What I'm finding more and more after all these years is that the issues are all tricky and filled with complex decisions and effects because that's exactly the point of the entire simulation - "so, you think you could run the country better? Show us..."

I have given up on the brain bucket gymnastics of trying to figure out what policy/stance will go up or down, and which issue will raise or lower my nation's policies for or against my true personal beliefs. What was the cure? Remember it's a game, write posts/telegrams if I want to play along and express my thoughts, and let the issue graphs draw their silly lines however the game algorithms dictate.

Have fun. Make huge decisions. Build relationships and start/end wars.

I love my nation because my nation is me.
