In the West Region of Sminishia, at every city where protests are ocurring, police forces, both riot control and military, are immediately deployed in those said cities, especially in Neue Freea, they are prepared to prevent possible riots firstly by a giant speech made by an officer in the German language.

"Grüße Bürger der westlichen Region, wir wissen, dass Sie verrückt sind und mit uns nicht einverstanden sind, aber bleiben Sie ruhig, lassen Sie Ihre Waffen fallen und treten Sie sofort zurück. Wir wollen dies nicht durch Gewalt lösen. The Military Police ready their weapons in all those cities to look more threatening than the armed rioters and protesters. President Vid Litvin of the Socialist Republic of Sminishia receives the letter from the Iron Chancellor of Kampf Empire, before opening it, he rolls his eyes, thinking it's another god damn demand to cede the west region.

In the Mabryn sea, far range radars detect several Kampfian Heavy Bombers, many Sminishian fighters who are being out-gunned by Python fighters soon realize they are heading to the Sminishian fleet, so they don't fire whenever they aim a Sminishian vessel, of course, four Sminishian jet fighters DID accidentally fire their machine guns at affiliated vessels, only causing few holes and one injured crewmember. The Fighters try to do the same to the Python fighters, which is to out-gun them as well, or if not, pull back to attract the Python fighters into chasing them.

Three squadrons of Jet Fighters who aren't dogfighting begin to head towards the wings of Kampfian Heavy Bombers in order to shoot them down. Sonar Buoys detect all of the Kampf Wolf Packs, not by radar detection, but by sounds of sonar beeps they recorded from the wolf packs, and because the Sminishian navy DID have submarines awaiting underwater, they fire barrages of torpedoes on areas where sounds are reportedly detected. Whatever the Sminishian 8th fleet is waiting from the Kampf vessels, they are being ready.

Even if Vultucan ships are already assisting the Sminishian navy in their defense battle, and even if Vultucan troops are in Sminishia, the Socialist Republic of Sminishia requests assistance from New union of sovereign soviet republics immediately now that they are both the same country now.

VI. In order for a non-human to become a citizen they must complete the basic necessities any immigrant must fulfill, undergo the medical process to passing as human, completely pass their re-history test, and pledge to forgot about their previously identified race and begin identifying as a human for as long as they live in Eastern Kaiserreich. At no places, time, or event, unless ordered by the Kaiser, may they identify themselves as what they previously were. They must also get rid of anything that has not been given a "Re-History" so their transaction to becoming fully human may occur.
