Due to the sudden act made by it's ally Shavara, Eastern Kaiserreich has decided on making an actual bill of laws regarding non-human sentient species. It goes as follows:I. When any previously non-human individual becomes a citizen they are given most of the same rights any natural human has.
II. Any divine member of any non-human race shall not have to cede to laws III, IV, V, or VI. And do not have to undergo the transition to human surgery, in their way to becoming a citizen.
III. Any persons not of the human race, shall be forced to undergo surgeries and procedures in order to seem as closely resembling to the human populace as possible.
IV. If any persons not of the human race are unable to pass as humans via any means, then they shall be prohibited from living in Eastern Kaiserreich unless any Supreme Official from any of the three branches orders otherwise.
V. Non-humans are given a new assigned history of their family, racial origins, and anything they own. This new history is turned into an exam to complete in their citizenship test. This shall henceforth be named the "Re-History Exam". Once a citizen, they shall be given re-evaluation of their knowledge of their Re-History. Any children, friends, or lovers they may have are to never know about any of their previous origin or previous identification.
VI. In order for a non-human to become a citizen they must complete the basic necessities any immigrant must fulfill, undergo the medical process to passing as human, completely pass their re-history test, and pledge to forgot about their previously identified race and begin identifying as a human for as long as they live in Eastern Kaiserreich. At no places, time, or event, unless ordered by the Kaiser, may they identify themselves as what they previously were. They must also get rid of anything that has not been given a "Re-History" so their transaction to becoming fully human may occur.
