About 13 out of my 67 GPS and Navigation satellites are down, 26 of my 78 communication satellites are also damaged/down, 6 of my 20 weather satellites are down, 10 of my 12 Reconnaissance satellites are down, and whether by accident due to the near-miss of the missiles or by intention, all 7 of my atmospheric studies and astronomical studies satellites are down.
About 34% of the radars in Shinnokawa have been damaged, 10% are completely destroyed. Intelligence grid assets such as drones and recon jets are slightly compromised due to hits at drone and aircraft factories as well as a few airbases, but such facilities are still operational with several aircraft damaged beyond repair.

The parliament just announced the creation of the Dreysean Technological Upgrade Initiative, a joint program with assistance from Shavara and Grossvietnam which is painting a very intriguing image for the future of the Dreysean Defence Force."

"Yes, of course. Well, the main thing of note here is that they've apparently decided that, compared to some other nations in The East Pacific, our armed forces are sorely lacking. From the sounds of it, the Security Council be getting outside support to develop some rather amazing sounding gear, equipment that'll help us defend ourselves far better in the event of another war. Some of the stuff in these documents sound absolutely surreal, though; electrical assault rifles, exo-suits, bipedal IFVs. But do you really think we need all of it?"
