Ok so you abolish some safety regulations and that's why computer technicians get electrocuted...But why does the death rate drop?
In my opinion the rate for death by electrocution raises and that should raise the death rate too but there is another factor which drops in value far more than the electricity deaths which reduces the overall death rate in the country (Like maybe less people commit suicide due to more internet or something like that)

Aleisyr is the 'emperor' of the Pacific, although (and don't let him hear this,) he isn't as influential here as the leaders of other regions I've seen. Just do your own thing and provided you aren't a commie and don't support sneks, you should be fine. Think of this great region as an organisation like NATO rather than an empire.

Once there a wide variety of options are open should you make a forum link. You can become a soldier in the Legio Pacificus, the Pacific military, and rise to become an officer, leading raids or strategic defenses of allies once you've done numerous operations -- your WA will be better used there instead of here but in between missions you can re-endorse Aleisyr. You can join the Diplomatic Corp and become an ambassador to a foreign region, or you can join the World Assembly Squad and help the Order make the world a better place by drafting and submitting resolutions with official approval. Or if your talents lie in writing and chronicling you can join the Media Corp, where you can write dispatches, histories, and official documents to better advance the region and the Order. Last but not least we have an official NPO Discord server, where you can meet and chat with other Pacificans -- but it is recommended you gain citizenship first as several subchannels are locked.

The definition is incorrect. The New Pacific Order *is* an Empire, a meritocracy where those who work hard for the benefit of the region rise and are rewarded. Aleisyr mayn't be as "influential" as all of those others, but we are *not* all of those others. We are the oldest region in the NationStates game and we have numerous extensions of the Order not just here but elsewhere. If you want to compare the Pacific to other regions, then we are the most stable of regions compared to the rest; the only region of any significant size to *be* stable and stay that way.
