Tsar Alexei Nikolaevich officially announced as of the latest referendum voted on by the Russian populous, the choice of Russia becoming a Democratic Republic that holds elections and is led by a prime minister of the peoples choosing was voted by the majority with 73% of voters choosing. The poll was taken in just yesterday morning and after an intense couple of hours, the final decision was announced publicly in an event that over 56,000 Russian people came to see personally what their future nation would become.
An intense wait had been going on for over 15 minutes now and people were starting to get impatient when suddenly the Tsar of the Russian Empire Alexei Nikolaevich Romanov took the stand with a piece of paper in hand.
"Good morning my beloved people, I have been the Tsar and ruler of this country for not long at all as you all know. In the past few months I have come to a realisation: the Monarchy has ruled over Russia for centuries now and brought this country through difficult times coming out of them even greater than before, the Monarchy has uplifted those who haven't been able to stand on their own and the Monarchy has united the Russian peoples so that we may be together at last to live in peace and harmony. We are however, in newer and different times. The Monarchy is a thing of the past and now I can accept that we as a united peoples are ready to move into a newer and different time ourselves. The Empire of Russia is from this day forward, no more. It is to be replaced by its superior title of the Republic of Russia, a Democratic and Free country in which the Russian peoples can thrive and flourish in peace and equality."
Alexei Nikolaevich stepped down from the stands and exited the event to the enormous applaud of Russians overjoyed with their new government and political freedom/ influence in who gets to lead their nation. Nikolaevich himself announced that he is to be one of the party leaders leading the Russia For The Russian People (RFTRP) party and is excited to get a chance of leading the brilliant Russians under a free and just democratic country.

PRUSSIAN FEDERATION OFFICIALLY FORMALIZED
The Northeast German Federal Republic, often simply known as Prussia or the Prussian Federation, has officially been declared after formal national governments and militaries were re-organized into the new federal system. The announcement was met with great excitement for the new Prussian population, with the new banner - the German tricolor, with a German eagle design in the center - being waved proudly across the country.
The declaration of the federation was also, inadvertently, a declaration to remain separate from the Volksbund. This decision has radicalized much of the far left, with organizations like the DABA declaring that the new federal government has "abandoned the German people" and calling for armed revolt against the new state. During his unification speech, Ministerprasident Georg Lischka spoke briefly on the insurrectionaries;
"..These people are not fighting for Germany. They are fighting for themselves, their own worldview, without regard for the will of the people. They are claiming to be saviors of the worker and yet here they are, trying to kill that same worker when he goes to vote and trying to destroy what that worker has built. All these people can do is destroy, it is all they know. I say to them, if you want to fight, then come out and fight - it is a fight you will inevitably lose."
The Ministerprasident was criticized heavily for the inflammatory statement, and later went on to state that he "did not seek any more violence, despite what some may say" to several newspapers when interviewed. Rural towns have begun arming themselves in preparation for the expected wave of communist insurrection.
The Ministerprasident assured his commitment to co-operation with the Volksbund, despite both refusal to federate and his open hostility to communist rebels in the country.
"The Volksbund elected their rulers democratically, with the will of the people.. they are different from these rebels who just want to burn everything down." Lischka said after inquiry.
PREUSSISCHER BÖDERATION OFFIZIELL FORMALISIERT
Die Nordostdeutsche Bundesrepublik, oft einfach als Preußen oder Preußischer Bund bekannt, wurde offiziell ausgerufen, nachdem formelle nationale Regierungen und Militärs in das neue föderale System umorganisiert wurden. Organisationen wie die DABA erklären, die neue Bundesregierung habe „das deutsche Volk im Stich gelassen“ und rufen zu einem bewaffneten Aufstand gegen den neuen Staat auf. In seiner Einigungsrede ging Ministerpräsident Georg Lischka kurz auf die Aufständischen ein;
„...Diese Menschen kämpfen nicht für Deutschland. Sie kämpfen für sich selbst, ihre eigene Weltanschauung, ohne Rücksicht auf den Willen des Volkes. Sie behaupten, Retter der Arbeiter zu sein, und doch sind sie hier und versuchen, diese zu töten.“ Arbeiter, wenn er wählen geht und versucht, zu zerstören, was dieser Arbeiter aufgebaut hat. Alles, was diese Leute tun können, ist zerstören, das ist alles, was sie wissen. Ich sage ihnen: Wenn du kämpfen willst, dann komm raus und kämpfe – das ist ein Kampf wirst du unweigerlich verlieren.“
Der Ministerpräsident wurde für die hetzerische Äußerung heftig kritisiert und erklärte später in einem Interview gegenüber mehreren Zeitungen, dass er „keine weitere Gewalt anstrebe, ungeachtet dessen, was einige vielleicht sagen“. The Unification Plebiscite
The referendum to determine if regions of Mecklenburg, Anhalt and Saxony will join the Peoples Federation of Germany.
Anhalt:
In all regions of Anhalt, there is majority support for this proposal, with current the current polls at ~59% in favour of integration with the Volksbund, 37% vying for independence with 4% wishing to join the Prussian Federation, with a this staying mostly consistent across the country, with variations in favourability towards the Prussian Federation correlating with proximity to the nation.
The Social Democratic government of Anhalt, which only 20 years ago was in favour of socialism and still has many socialists in its ranks, is friendly towards the Peoples Federation but not too eager to give up its statehood, but many in the SPA prefer the Prussian Federation. The Communist Party of Anhalt is also somewhat prominent in the country’s parliament however relatively outspoken.
The KPD has reassured the citizens and government of Anhalt that their states, and all other states in the federation, will be granted additional devolved powers upon their accession and they will retain their current government until the next cycle of elections.
Mecklenburg:
In the western regions of Mecklenburg, particularly urban areas like the main area of interest Hamburg, are overwhelmingly in favour of joining the People’s Federation with around 73% in favour in the most western parts. In contrast in the east there is overwhelming support for joining the Prussian Federation with similar margins. Where these two opposing sides meet there is incredible tension leading to political violence tearing the country apart, as neither side can decide where the line should be between which communities wish to be in the Peoples or Prussian Federation. As it is opposing factions are currently fighting in the streets and in the countryside, with the government of Mecklenburg unable to keep up with the peoples demands.
The liberal government of Mecklenburg is opposed to joining either federation, and has deployed the military to try and stop fighting between rival factions, as well as to stop the large and open communist presence in the capital of Hamburg, to which communist militias are fighting back fiercely, putting the entire referendum on hold indefinitely. As of the current situation the government cannot hold its grip onto control over the country, but neither side can overcome the other without external interference.
The Peoples Federation has stated their intention to send peacekeeping forces into the country to ensure the proper fulfilment of the plebiscite, but out of fear of backlash and even more fighting in the eastern regions, has requested that the Prussian Federation does the same in the east where they are favoured.
Saxony:
In Saxony, most regions are split between joining the Peoples Federation and remaining independent, as the nation is strongly polarised between the communists and social democrats in a leftist coalition and the nationalist Peoples Party. The majority of regions are in favour of independence however communist and fascist militias have organised themselves to fight for their cause all across the country and widespread guerrilla is commencing as we speak.
The People’s Party lead parliament of Saxony is using the majority of regions in favour of independence as justification to try and shut down the referendum by force, funding right wing paramilitaries with some even proposing to invade Anhalt to stop the referendum there as well although they’re mostly dismissed.
The Peoples Federation has responded boldly by threatening to invade Saxony if the government attempts to prevent the course of the referendum that they themselves agreed to as part of the Essen Conference, and has already begun to fund communist forces in the nation. The referendum here is also temporarily on pause until fighting cools down and it is safe to continue

Nuevo Jacinto Stadium Project
Nuevo Jacinto is a largely impoverished district in the south of Tenochtitlan; once one of the crowning jewels of economic development, Nuevo Jacinto was home to the first ever electrical lampost of Tenochtitlan, the House of Arts and Sciences (Casa de la Cultura y las Ciencias) and, most famous of all, the Nuevo Jacinto Museum, a three-floor building spanning almost three acres of land and detailing centuries of Mexican history. However, following the economic turmoil of the mid-1800's, Nuevo Jacinto never truly managed to recuperate itself from the dust that was left behind, today, it serves as a stark reminder that even the most robust of economies can fall amidst the evil of communism and it's collectivist ideals.
In spite of this though, the wise Mexican Government has today announced that they will be working on revitalizing the economy of Nuevo Jacinto via an ambitious project; the Nuevo Jacinto Stadium, also known as the All-American Arena (Arena de las Américas in Spanish) is poised to be the largest sports field in all of the Americas, to be built in a three-stage plan beginning by the construction of an Amphitheater named "Anfiteatro del Divino San Carlos de Nutrias" which will host enterteinment venues ranging from live-air performances by famed Mexican artists, science exhibitions, and even other things such as public speeches by members of government. The amphitheater is currently planned to have a 25,000 capacity and will be outfitted with a myriad of accomodations to ensure events hosted therein are as comfortable as possible. Finally, and the main attraction of the All-American Arena, will be the stadium proper; a gigantic, five-story ring that surrounds the aptly named All-American Field capable of housing over 110,000 spectators at once.
