Either way, according to the current RP laws, NAPs aren't legally binding.

That's why Shinnokawa wanted Kianhua to annex Kianistan, so we can stop repeating history and this whole crap over and over again. Shinnokawa and I want things to change in the continent. Ever since we declared war (and voided powergamy stuff), we tried to wait patiently for USR to respond so he would do OOC things first, he didn't have to respond immediately to the war, but we wanted things to change so a big part of Valsora doesn't get stuck in an endless status quo.

Again, I didn't want OOC drama, and I'm trying to make things civil, but I'm really annoyed. If I did make USR feel forced, I'm really, really and really sorry, I am.
