I have to agree with the puppeteer in this one.
Usually, the relevant nations are all run by the same player pretending to be multiple players. They are players who get off on ejecting other player's nations. Gets boring after a couple decades.

Kinda gravedigging, but do you have any example of this event?
What would an example possibly look like? A bunch of non-WA nations in a region with active governor and founder nations being ejected by some other non-WA nation appointed by one of the nations actually in authority? That's not a "raid", it's a puppet show.
