A Mormon cult? Isn't Mormonism already classified as a cult, so wouldn't you say the Mormon cult? Also, do what the Antejan's do to extremist cults; exile them to Sturmberg. Aka a mountain island 40 miles out at sea that constantly gets hit by tropical storms and hurricanes. Hence the name Storm Mountain (Sturmberg) (and yes, it's almost always stormy there, and the only houses there are bootleg beach huts)

Tut tut, why imprison perfectly good manpower? Simply make the criminals perform community service that equals to their offence, for example, someone convicted of murder sent to clean the sewers under heavy surveillance.
