Region: New Western Atlantic

Just enforce the WA requirement more strictly.

It wouldn’t mean everyone in the region is mandated to have a WA membership to vote, it just means that we should maybe greatly reduce the leniency, only allowing for those whose WA is in another region, and a small handful of long time and respected non WA citizen, with (what should be) a rather small list of those falling into these categories.

The fact that we have such a large amount of non WA voting, many of whom are by no means “long time veterans” or in possession of some other validation that they are indeed real people, should be great cause for concern and alarm. We already had one instance of confessed puppet voting in the winter general election last year, only detected due to the perpetrator coming clean on their own volition.

While the recent surge of fraud was obvious and preventable, the possibility that numerous puppets may be participating in elections regularly, without discovery, shows that the integrity of our elections may be compromised, unless deliberate action is taken.

I use my puppet nation for my WA membership to protect the policy purity of my main nation. So that would mean bringing a puppet to the region just to meet the WA requirement.

Your mind magic won't work on me, mind magician.
