You can only become WA-delegate through joining the WA if you DONT(!) have a WA-nation, and then reciveing minimum 2 endorsement. You will then automatically become WA-delegate. That’s the only way in case you didn’t know. (Having more than 2 WA-nations is forbidden in this site.)
