The japanese co-prosperity sphere wrote:"We are capable of taking other actions. But I think it is in both of our interests to avoid any skirmishes. Don't you agree?"

Benjawan: “Well what do you mean by other actions?” He asked, thinking that the Prime Minister is threatening that Japan will go to war with the Kemonomimi state.

Benjawan: “Japan may be capable of taking other actions, though take those actions into international waters. Though fishing and whaling in our waters and it’s our familiar territory you are stepping into, and our laws you must follow. It may be your interest to avoid a battle as I’m happy to negotiate other deals that involve in foreign aid but any of our laws are neglected by the whaling vessels of Japan. Then our administration will take necessary attempts to stop them, though the bloodshed of people isn’t something we do, unless our men’s blood have been spilt,” he warned the Prime Minister.
