Well our region isn't passworded either.

I reported him to the mods anyways because you're not allowed to have alt accounts that are members of the WA. Direct quote from the WA guidelines :

I have more than one nation. Can they all join the WA?
No. While you can have as many nations as you like, only one may be a World Assembly member at a time.

Edit : Checked out myself and he doesn't have any puppet member of the WA. Not even his main. That's the oddest thing ever considering he and his army of puppets seem to operate on their own althought a mod told me he wasn't. So even if he's legally in the right his existence on this website is still dedicated to ruining people's fun anyways.
