I know I'm a terrible nitpicker, but I'm going to have to correct you on that. There were two Civil Rights Acts, one in 1964 and the one in 1968, but the one in 1964 is by far the most important. While the 1968 one was inspired by the assassination of MLK, an important part of that act is Title X, which makes it unlawful to travel across interstate lines to do anything regarding riots.

But who cares about that! Let's eat!
