5:38 PM, Sunday, at the border of Egoia and Wielbelkia

A group of hooded cloaked beings carrying black and purple banners in gold and black robes near the border which, since the dissolution of any kind of border control, is more or less defined only by the boundary markers on the towns and the path towards Wielbelkia. They slowly make their way, numbering about maybe 30-40 people, some with pikes or rifles, but the vast majority unarmed say a dagger of sorts. Some of the procession carry a stick with chimes on it which, in the breeze, make a noise that is almost empty and harrowing. The leader of this party would be a woman with white hair and almost grey eyes in purple and black robes who would be incredibly pale and from a certain point of view might seem almost empty, as if spiritually hollowed. She would approach any border guard, if any, and ask to speak to their leader of access into the nation.
