Typically a great idea would be to make a newspaper thread on the Forums, that way you have more freedom to create. But, you’re more than welcome to use the RMB to do it! Zamastan has a pretty in depth thread on the forum, so feel free to ask him for help if you want/need tips and tricks or support for setting it up
