Treaty of Paragould
Upon the conflict taking lives of thousands, nearly one hundred thousand, and with the losing nation of Kurikia suing for peace, the International Court of Justice, mainly lead by Volinovia, will hold a conference of peace to end the war between these combatants with a resolution:
Article I: Territorial Changes
Section I: The Socialist Republic of Sminishia shall annex former Kurikian land miles/kilometers from their border.
Section II: The Kingdom of Sanada shall be transferred to the Conferedal Kingdom of Krionik as a highly autonomous kingdom.
Section III: The Gorbastani Tea Kingdom(?) shall annex the island northwest to Belekria.
Section IV: Gorbastan shall establish a temporal protectorate north of Sminishian annexed lands as the Royal Protectorate of Montforet.
Section V: Despite the territorial changes, the Belekrian Federation shall be considered and recognized by the ICJ and combatants as an independent nation.
Section VI: The Militariat Republic of Merlovich shall receive three naval ports from the Kurikian mainland in Nonscio.
Section VII: The United States of Kianhua shall annex the entire Kianistan region (no matter if they already did it).

Article II: Non-Territorial Changes
Section I: The International Court of Justice shall receive access to punish Kurikian military commanders responsible for human rights violations and war crimes. If the military commanders fail to oblige their punishment, the ICJ shall launch a manhunt against those officers.
Section II: Kurikia shall hand the payment of the Valsoran equivalent of $50 Million for reparations.
Section III: Kurikia shall pay Valsoran equivalent of ¥10 billion (equivalent of $1 Billion) worth of steel to Kianhua.
Section IV: A referendum would be held in the new nation of Belekria for the people, letting the majority of voters choose and favor a type of government.
