Oooh, interesting point. Fascism is wrong yes, but nationalism is basically patriotism for one's country. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. It's just because nationalism has been given a negative connotation because of what's happened during the 1930s-1940s.

For example, I think it's okay to say that your nation is the best as long as you're not being a bigot towards other countries/people. Being patriotic isn't wrong; when you begin to feel superiority against other people, then it becomes a problem.
