Hello everyone,

I just edited the welcome telegram. Check it out:

Howdy, %NATION%!

Welcome to The Region Of Gargery (TRG). We are a kind, inclusive, and cheerful community!

Whether you just founded a nation and decided to move here, or you've been an active member on NationStates, I'm sure there will be something for you to take away in TRG!

Click on the button below each bolded question to get an answer!

How do I block that irritating telegram spam?

Well, it's quite easy to do!

1. Go to your "Telegrams" if you aren't already there
2. At the top, you will see "Preferences", click on it
3. Scroll down to the "Filter"
4. Look at the recruitment line, and click "Block All"
5. Click "Update Filter"

I keep hearing about the World Assembly. What is that?

Well, I'm happy you asked!

The World Assembly (WA) is just like the United Nations (UN). In NationStates, there is a General Assembly and a Security Council. The General Assembly "improves the world one resolution at a time." The Security Council "Spreads interregional peace and goodwill." WA members have these NationStates advantages:

1. They can endorse other nations in the WA, as long as they are in the same region
2. They get a special icon at the top of their screen
3. They get to vote on decisions that affect all of NationStates

You can read more about the WA here: page=faq#WA

How do I join?
You can join the WA here: page=un. Just go to the top of the page and click: "Apply To Join."

How do I get started in TRG?

First off, you will want to read the regulations in TRG: nation=aredita/detail=factbook/id=1284717

Citizenship
Next, you will want to apply for Citizenship here: The Region Of Gargery Citizenship
If you apply for Citizenship you will get these advantages:
1. You have the title: "Official Citizen"
2. You get the authority to create polls

I heard something about TRG having a military, it that true?

Yes, it is! We have a separate region, outside of TRG just for invading. We call this our military. If you aren't versed in what invading is, then here you go: Invading is when nations (that are in the WA) go into other regions and endorse each other to overtake the current WA Delegate. Once one of the invading nations has enough endorsements to overtake the WA Delegate, they are in charge.

I know that this sounds like a brutal action - and it is. However, TRG handles invasions with more of a pacifist spin. We invade regions only if they need help to reform. We are not a violent or brutal region. I know that invading is complicated, so telegram me with your questions. I would be more than happy to answer them!

How do I join the military?
All you have to do is:
1. Become a WA Member - We will check for this once you join TRGM
2. Know exactly what invading is - We will not check for this. So be honest!

Then, you join: The Region Of Gargery Military (TRGM)

An important note: If you have more then one of your nations in the WA, you may be kicked off of NationStates. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. You can read more about that here: page=faq#WA

Is there anything else I should know?
