It is with regret that I found it necessary to Banject said Nation from this region. Ezzonin (a puppet of The North Pacific member Them Chic) entered our region some time ago and petitioned to have his name placed in the World Factbook Entry as a donor of cards to regional Nations. His initial card giveaways were met with positive reactions amongst our membership. Of late, however, Ezzonin's activity diminished and I removed them from the WFB.

Resurrecting themselves today all was well and good: a courtesy was asked, given, and then taken back by our antagonist. Under normal circumstances I could ignore the lack of courtesy and willful deceit but not from one who claimed to dedicate themselves to the card wellbeing of our gracious community. And so in an act as swift as a trade bid, Ezzonin found themselves discarded to the Junk pile never to return.

It is quite possible that tinge of remorse may have tried to avail itself. But said sentiment quickly dissipated in the knowledge their puppet-master is a TNP member who may have tagged along in the raid that ended our illustrious Delegate streak.

And so it goes...

Here's my opinion: Ezzonin wasn't the worst person in the world. There certainly have been people much, much worse who I have encountered here on NS.

That being said, I first got a bit suspicious of them a while back. I remember reading through a dispatch they had describing four weeks of giveaways for this region, and only three of those giveaways ever occurred. At that time, and to this day, I didn't think it was too suspicious. I mean, RL may have gotten in the way, right?

The WFE stuff was a bit weird, sure. Myself, I would've proven myself as a member of our community, establishing myself as a staple, and maybe, just maybe, you'd put me in the WFE. If you didn't, I wouldn't complain, and I certainly wouldn't ask you to add me. Again though, there could've been weirder things.

As for being a member of TNP, being a member of the cards community, you certainly know as well as I do that TNP is NS' preeminent card-collecting region, so I don't see why that would be a negative factor.

Lastly, there's no proof that Ezzonin participated in the raid at the end of November. Of course, I wasn't there, but from what I remember, that raid was mainly TGW and Lily, and not the NPA (again, I could very much be wrong). Even if Ezzonin was a part of that raid, well... so was Frenchy! You let her stay for three and a half months after the raid before she left on her own terms. Treating Ezzonin any differently seems like a bit of a double standard to me.

In the end, this is of course your region, and you have the sole right to do what you want with it. Personally, I would've let them stay and given them a second chance, but the facts of the situation are so murky that there really is no right or wrong answer.
