The Chancellor first makes a remark "The United Kingdom is surely interested in a trade deal with the United States, however, we have some demands. First, we want the United States to forgive some British War Debt, and Second, we wish you to become an Associated Minister of the Imperial Protection Alliance." The Prime Minister nods his head in agreement.

Secretary Hull thinks for a moment. "I'm sure we could forgive the war debt. We're having troubles paying off our own war debts as it is. And I wouldn't mind becoming an Associated Minister."
