Following Archduke Craven's announcement, the Lotus Council has convened to choose a new Grand Leader. After a week of discussion, the council has chosen Eillo Yaan. Eillo, a prominent member of the Naaki Shaman-circle, has refused any titles of nobility and instead is known as 'Grand Shaman Eillo'. His inductment into the role of Grand Leader will take place this Sunday. Delegations and leaders from around Declansburg are all cordially invited to this event.
