THE RETURN OF PASCAL!

Moanda Beach, Zairean Coastline, Western Zaire:

Around 1,000 people gathered brown sand beach it was one of the only beaches Zaire had since it only had a narrow 37 kilometres of coastline. As they stood there waving Zairean flags, dancing, chanting the name “Pascal!” and banging drums & blowing trumpets, a ship approached them. The ship had the Zairean flag waving high above it and on at the front of the ship stood a man in a white suit with golden epaulets & a classical red cape. He waved fervently and widely with both arms. The man had a slight smile on his face, with piercing eyes as he stared onto the coast and his cape waved with the tropical breeze.

As he got closer, the cheers of the crowds got higher. Immediately, various camera crews stepped forward and a red carpet was rolled out. Helicopters flew above with reporters filming the entire procession. Who was this man that had gathered the attention of the Zairean people like this?

...None other than, PASCAL.

There he was finally returning to his country after months of having been away. Even though his country chased him out, he arrived to raise it up once again during its time of need. Finally, the ship anchored and Pascal descended from a staircase that lowered him onto the beach.

Once he set foot on Zairean soil, he reached down and grabbed a handful of sand. He sniffed it and exhaled deeply. Then Pascal faced the crowd as they succumbed to tears at the sight of him and cheered his name. Soldiers appeared and formed a barrier between the crowd and Pascal.

Pascal was then escorted to a podium that had been set up near the beach and once he stood on it & tapped the mic he’d speak words that would be broadcasted to millions of Zaireans nationwide...

"You called on me... You prayed for me... You begged for me... So I heard your calls & I came. Now that I am here, I am here to stay. Worry no more my people! THE HAMMER OF JUSTICE, EQUALITY & PEACE has returned to Zaire! We will not let the enemies of Zaire persevere, we will not let the country fall! Under the guiding hand of Zairean Nationalism we shall build a nation the likes of which this God forsaken continent has never seen! O people of Zaire! O WONDERFUL RACE! I came to you a soldier, you made me your President! You made me a Consul, and I was removed! I return to you now not as a Consul, not as a President.... but as your EMPEROR!"

THE BEGINNING OF A NEW CHAPTER : THE IMPERIAL STATES OF ZAIRE

He came, he saw, he conquered. This was the slogan media outlets across Zaire were using in recent weeks to describe Pascal’s emergence and dominance over the country’s political scene since 2017. Despite invoking the nation’s wrath after an interracial marriage which led to him being ousted under the title of Grand Consul in 2019, several months later, with things slowly appearing to be falling apart without him, the Zairean people prayed for his return en masse.

Returning in a grand fashion on board a cruise ship and even going as far as to wear a classical cape, the charismatic Pascal was greeted to a hero’s welcome. Upon landing in Kinshasa he was immediately coronated as the Emperor of Zaire, much to surprise of many Zaireans who were rewarded with a several new holidays (i.e. Coronation Day & Pascal Day) and several massive parades across the country in celebration. A new constitution was then introduced that turned Zaire into the Imperial States of Zaire, with the Emperor as head of state and a Royal Council as the government body. The Royal Council would only house 350 seats making it much smaller than the 577 seat Parliament that existed before. This cut hundreds of Patriotic Party members out of government, many believe only the most loyal Pascal supporters were left.

Zaire would then be administratively divided into states with each state having Emperor-appointed Counts to manage the states with a small council of publicly elected Viscounts & Governors. Noble titles would be introduced into Zaire based on meritocracy and achievements not on hereditary privileges. Many Zaireans found this to be completely foreign to them, as Zaire hasn’t had a monarchy since the Belgians prior to 1960. Even so, many Zaireans on social media expressed that they’d support whatever Pascal thought was best. Meanwhile, critics who argued that a monarchy was too far even if it was elective, were quickly censored online. Many young Zaireans expressed their surprise on social media through memes by which they jokingly questioned whether they were now living in Iran Paseo or Queen Victoria’s United Kingdom Canovia with the way things were going.

Only time will tell where this new system will lead Zaire in the coming decades post-2020.

With these new agreements, the Russian embassy and consulate office was then moved to Pyongyang, where Russia will begin their diplomatic operations. The moving from Seoul to Pyongyang, Vladimir Putin's motives are being observed as an intentional stunt to center the presence of Russian diplomatic initiatives and influences within Northern Korea.}

January, 2020 - A World On Fire

As the new decade has dawned on the dark continent, Sudan spends its first day of the 2020s on January 1st, celebration their nation's independence from the British Empire in 1956. The celebrations were bigger and more intense than ever before I'm the nations history as the country celebrates almost two decades of a continuous stable and prosperous Democratic Republic entering the new decade. Sixteen days later following the Eid of Independence, Al-Sir gives a speech to his country about his pride and faith in the Republic as after he is sworn into his second term as Prime Minister of Sudan.

Despite rising tensions world wide as reports of a new disease emerges from an outbreak in Wuhan China OsivoII, tensions in the Mediterranean between Greece Ranponian and Sudan's allies in the Adriatic as well as Iran's Paseo call for the removal of Levant Khalmaria from the Middle Eastern Co-operation Organisation as tensions with Ankara flare. The Sudanese people remained optimistic for the future as they look forward for the new decade. For the first couple of weeks the country seemed to be at peace while the world seemed to be catching on fire until the fires themselves have knocked down Sudan's doors and slapping the nation back into reality. MECO's legitimacy is threatened.

On a one cold January morning, the Sudanese people have woken up to the shocking news that the Russian Empire Alzarikstan has officially declared war on a... former... fellow member nation of the organization, The Kingdom of Levant just days following Iran's proposal to kick Levant out of MECO. The vote for Levant's removal was mostly approved by Iran who had already been criticized by the world and Arab nationalist as furthering their own agenda on the Arab World, alongside the the U.S. puppeted Saudia Arabia Paramountica. As the day went on outrage throughout the Arabic regions of the country were in full outrage directed mostly at Iran and Russia, many far-right leaders have taken to social media with messages saying that Iran has "revealed the true nature of MECO" and which they depict Tehran as an imperialist power that is slowly chipping away the sovereignty of the Sudanese people. One notable politician, leader of the far right party Nationalist Conservative Front, Osman Mosley has adressed the crisis with a full attack on Iran in a live video:

Following Mosley's rant, many of his supporters have followed his attack in their social media against Iran. On the next day Arab Nationalist have taken to the streets to protest the war and had called Al-Sir a coward for not questioning Iran. Within 3 days as the war intensified in the region crowds of protestets have emerged outside the Russian Embassy that sits ironically next to the the embassy of the Kingdom of Levant near the old airport as they protested an end to the war and Russia's imperialism. For a week, increasing amounts of crowds have gathered both at the Russian and Irani embassies under heavy police presence despite the peacful nature of the demonstrations so far. However the Police was then forced to empty out the Russian Embassy sit in as fearing for the security of the premiter as news of riots in Donogla has broke out. The Khartoum Metropolitan Police have locked down all roads surrounding the embassy and put it under restriction zones as protest continued outside the zone.

Protest throughout the country has continued from Nationalist groups and organizations but are beginning to die out as the recently reported Wuhan Flu started spreading beyond China and Asia with reported cases in Europe and North America creating hysteria in tourist attraction states like Northern State where most of the early Riots occurred before a curfew was declared.

As for the government's response to the ensuing global crisis, the Prime Minister has been unreasonably quite about the mess and has avoided many questions concerning the Levant and Iran only with a reasonable number of politicians who have either criticised or defended to war in Levant.

However as it turns out with increasing spread of the Wuhan Virus now named COVID-19 and a Global Pandemic Declared, all but a few protest in core nationalist districts has died out as the first cases of virus entering Sudan from Dubai has been reported forcing many to limit social interactions as the Khartoum Metropolitan City has put social distancing guidelines into affect.
