WESTMOUNT, ALBERTA, EDMONTON, Cascadla — MORNING
LIVING ROOM, SHINJIRO'S HOUSE

| With the Canadian flag hanging from the pole beside the Japanese flag, both waving in the light morning wind over the city of Edmonton, Canada — in front of the home of Fmr. Prime Minister Shinjiro Koizumi — a van from CBC News, a local newspaper, was parked outside the front yard of the residence, a young reporter in his thirties got out of the van along with his camera crew, his name was AAYDEN DAVIS — Passing through the residence's garden, he climbed onto the porch and knocked twice on the door . . . a few seconds later, hearing the doorbell, SHINJIRO KOIZUMI walked to the door and opened it. |

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “Good morning Mr. Koizumi. I'm the CBC News Reporter and I'm here for an interview I don't know if you remember?—”

| SHINJIRO KOIZUMI at 43 years old — with a slightly aged face he smiles. |

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Of course, come in. I may be in my 40s but I'm STILL not too old for my memory to fail.—haha”

| The two laughed together before entering and then headed for the living room of the house — "Shinji" was sitting in his armchair wearing a dark blue sweater, jeans and shoes - while the news team assembled the TV news equipment. |

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “During the interview, I will ask you some questions about your administration in Japan, Okay?”

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Ok.”

| With everything ready, the CBC News team started recording with the team saying, “1, 2, 3 . . .” |

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “—Good afternoon, we are here today for an exclusive interview with Fmr. Prime Minister of Japan Shinjiro Koizumi . . . Mr. Koizumi or Mr. Shinjiro . . . Q — Could you tell us about his Administration during the period when he led the Empire of Japan?”

| Shinjiro looked at the reporter and then looked at the broadcast camera. |

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Well, Mr. Davis . . . during my first term as Japan's prime minister from 2017 to 2021, in mid-2017, I focused on solving the internal problems of the time which were precisely population decline, as well as continuing Abe's plans to give more rights the women.”

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “You were also against using nuclear energy back then, right?—”

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “That's right, Mr. Davis.—”

| The broadcast camera would now focus on Aayden. |

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “Q — Is it true that in mid-2020, Japan under your command actually reduced the Imperial Armed Forces?”

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Yes, at that time Japan had a big army and I ended up reducing that, where I started my plans to make Japan one of the most peaceful nations in the world.”

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “Surely the military was against it, right?—”

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Yes.—”

| The broadcast camera would refocus on Aayden. |

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “Now for the third question . . . Q — Do you really feel guilty since all the members of the National Diet wanted you impeached? labeling you corrupt and T R A I T O R.

| What is Davis' question to Shinjiro, the Fmr. Prime Minister automatically has a serious expression. |

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “Yes, I admit that I committed corruption against the Japanese people, hence the reason why I had to leave the country and come to live in Canada.”

    | AAYDEN DAVIS, The CBC NEWS Reporter | “Do you have any intentions of returning to Japan to accept your punishment by the Japanese Society?”

    | SHINJIRO KOIZUMI, The Former Prime Minister | “No, I have a wife and a 5-year-old daughter to look after, I will only surrender to the Japanese authorities after my daughter turns 18.”

| The exclusive interview would end. |

COMMITTEE FOR THE FUTURE PRESENTS REPORT IN SUPPORT OF NUCLEAR ENERGY

    FINLAND'S DRIVE FOR SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
    FINLAND—WINTER 2024–25

For decades, electricity has been in constant demand in Finland; the country uses more electricity per capita than any other state in Europe on account of the frigid temperatures, technologically advanced populace and flourishing industries. With increasing heed given to the warming globe, however, attention has lately been given to the quarter-million homes in Finland powered by heating oil, and the extensive use of wood byproducts—though well-regulated—in burning for fuel. Concerns like these are handled by the Parliament's Committee for the Future, which examines issues pertinent to the future of Finland and its endeavors. In early March, the Committee presented a thorough report on the matter to the Parliament.

"A nuclear Finland," opened rising political star Alvi Karvonen of the Finns Party, "presents numerous advantages. Sustainability, muted environmental impact, and a reduced need for petroleum imports are chief among them." Karvonen—noted often for his slightly occult interest in Finnish paganism—has come to represent a curious conservative wing of the Finns Party, which manages to be conscientious of the environment, supportive of the welfare state and protective of the northern ethnic minorities, but nonetheless skeptical of immigration, vehement in Finnish nationalism and unyielding in Finnish irredentism. Karvonen made a speech following the recent Finnish peacekeeping mission in Sweden suggesting that the peacekeepers simply remain in the Torne River Valley to annex it in the defense of Finno-Ugrians.

Karvonen's speech was apparently well-received, and nuclear energy became a debated subject in the political circles of Finnish social media. Discussions soon turned in Parliament to a warm partnership with Fennovoima, a Finnish nuclear energy company, involving a grant to fund to rush the completion of the Hanhikivi Nuclear Power Plant and a further deal to construct another nuclear reactor, which would bring nuclear energy into the majority of all energy produced in Finland. Drafts of the deals are already expected to be complete by the end of March.

| NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY DIRECTORATE |

Key Industries Nationalized, State-Owned Enterprises Established
March, 2025
______________

In one of the first major actions of their reign, the Directorate has announced a wave of business and industry nationalizations. They have promised it will bring about a new era of economic efficiency and development and will yield vast profits to be reinvested into the Arab people. Nationalizations focus on critical national industries and resources. The effort faces criticism from some workers and small business owners, but others view the move as proof of the Directorate’s potential for pro-activity.

Nationalized Industries, State-Owned Enterprises, and their Owners:

    Ministry of Infrastructure
    United Road And Bridge Corporation
    Arab International Airways
    National Rail Services
    Mass Freight Corporation

    Ministry of Water
    Tigris-Euphrates Utilities Group
    Combined Water Management Corporation
    Irrigation Research Industries

    Ministry of Energy
    Arab National Electric Company
    Hydro-Solar Energy Corporation
    Nuclear Research Institute
    Green Energy Research Corporation

    Ministry of Communications
    Arab Telecom Company
    National Television and Broadcasting Group
    Internet Services Group
    National Postal Service

Premier Kadhimi spoke on the matter, calling nationalizations a key first step in reviving the economy of the Arab Union. Effective use of SOEs is a key tenant of Abdulrahmanism and one the Directorate intends to fulfill. These actions of these SOEs and their industries will not be centrally planned as in a state socialist economy, but will coordinate with their Ministry and other public and private companies to achieve their goals. They will be run for-profit for the purpose of re-investing in the nation, but will not sacrifice their public goals to turn said profit. Kadhimi also stated SOEs will look internationally, seeking to partner with foreign companies and nations in all manner of ventures.

The Spread of the Republican Fever…

When Queen Rania took power, formed the United Kingdom of Malagasia by unifying 2 sultanates on the island and then waged war against the Socialist Republic of Mahajanga led by the despised General Zadi who’d stolen power there in a coup, she was extremely popular & revered by Malagasians everywhere.

However, as the war waged on, supported by France Metropolitan Francais & USAN Alzarikstan, the formal economy of the country had basically collapsed and the massive influx of displaced internal refugees fleeing Mahajanga as war waged on, had put a strain on resources within the United Kingdom of Malagasia’s towns and cities. Even with foreign aid & United Nations UN support, the island was facing the toughest crisis it had faced in centuries, after all no one had ever tried to unify the island under one government in hundreds of years.

Because of this, many Malagasians felt as though Queen Rania had actually brought on more hardship with her rise to power. She was becoming increasingly unpopular in towns across the island.

Not only this, but the collapse of the 3 sultanates system & the hardship Rania’s war had brought, had a profound impact on the psyche of Malagasians everywhere. No longer did they see aristocrats of noble birth as near infallible individuals who were “Divinely favoured and meant to rule”. No rather, they were just as unlucky as everyone else and if not held accountable they’d destroy the island. So it was no surprise that a growing sentiment was spreading on the island…

The people wanted an end to hereditary monarchies. They didn’t know what system would replace that, but they knew they wanted something different.

One group on the island was taking advantage of the growing dissatisfaction with the current state of things, it was the Republican Nationalist Alliance (RNA). They were an organisation that had formed at the start of the war and had been going round from town to town, proselytising their ideas of a “united Malagasian 'Theocratic' Republic, where men voted in by the people & educated in Islamic law would rule based on merit and not based on birth”.

They spoke of Malagasians as the “pious and rightly guided Muslims who were greater than the immoral kaffirs from abroad”. As the war raged on, they grew increasingly popular and more and more towns were secretly pledging support to the RNA…

The Spread of Republican Fever pt.2

Royal Palace, Antananarivo City:

Queen Rania paced up and down her bedroom, furious and filled with uncertainty. Sitting on a chair there was Ali Vintanao, one of her close political advisors. He had arrived to tell urgent news on the state of affairs in the newly formed united kingdom & things were looking bad...

Lord Vintanao: Your Majesty, it is true… the people are not happy with the way things are being run. It is said that the local governments in the regions of the island under our control have stopped responding to letters & messages from the capital. They aren’t listening to us anymore.

Queen Rania: Then who the hell are they listening to!?

    Lord Vintanao:

Queen Rania: After all I’ve done for them, these ungrateful fvckers! I took my father’s place and saved over half of the island from the corrupt old sultans that ruled before, I am fighting Zadi out of Mahajanga right now and in return the people of Malagasia still aren’t satisfied!? What the hell do they want from me!?

Lord Vintanao: It’s not just the people, the Islamic scholars have turned against the capital as well. It seems they are the ones with the most authority over the regions. Under the banner of some organisation called the Republican Nationalist Alliance (RNA), they’re spreading the notion that people should not have the right to rule because they’re of noble birth but rather because they were elected… and they claim only those with extensive knowledge of Islamic law should rule.

Queen Rania: *screams* I’ve had enough of this! Tell me something good!

Lord Vintanao: We are winning the war against Zadi. The 1st Division is doing a great job in routing Zadi’s 3rd brigade from towns on the western coast of the island. Also the 4th Elite Division has begun engaging the 2nd brigade in the north and will be making their way to Mahajanga City within the next few months. Zadi’s men are being pushed into the desert of the interior.

Queen Rania: So we’re winning a war abroad and losing power internally… oh Allah, what a mess…

Lord Vintanao: I suggest you issue broadcasts, try to reason with the people about these hard times…

Queen Rania: No! No! I’ll speak to the people myself in person! I’ll visit as many towns as I can!

Lord Vintanao: T-That may not be safe… Your Majesty…

    Queen Rania: I don’t care i’ll do it regardless…
