Palermo irl is still suffering major problems from the Mafia. They were thought to have died down until a 2019 police report confirmed that they were not only alive, but still extorting from the city.

In RP, Viktoria is the only city with two sets of walls: the outer circle is the "common" with all the commoners, shops and low-end activities, while the inner circle is available only to nobles and is home to government offices.
IRL, Viktoria was just the the name I gave to the capital of a nation in a browser game that I played more than 10 years ago: for some reasons I played astoundingly well and ended up in in the first players, from there I started the myth of Viktoria as "capital and colonizer of the world"

Dizgovzy wrote:Is it, by any chance, surpassing GanymedEuropa in Endorsements and then pissing off both Scarlett and SICE enough that they leave the region and neither can serve the term so you get it due to endorsements?

No silly, I was not intending to do that. But, I am trying to surpass GanymedEuropa in endorsements. It would be a big feat for me. Also, I have no intentions of becoming the delegate anytime soon because IA is a great delegate.

Btw something has started to hit my head: do you think it ever happened in NS history, that a nation was "inherited" from his original user/founder to a friend, kid or another relative?
The game is 20 years old and some nations are here from the beginning, it sounds plausible.

Yeah it's really a nice name, it's probably too "cheesy" and overused but I was 13 or 14 when I first used it, and when I had to create an actual nation with lore and everything I felt obliged to name it Viktoria as an homage.

Hey that's how I (kinda) made Dizgovzy
I made it originally back in like 6th grade just as a doodle on paper but when I went to make a nation I figured I'd revive it
Back then it was still all Russian-based worldbuilding
