This is as far as I needed to read. Yes please. With unlimited bacon I could get rich and then lawyer up and get a very narrow definition of what constitutes a video game (think I'm joking? A judge just ruled that tacos and burritos are sandwiches). Best of both worlds, game over.

Technically speaking, a missile is able to be controlled during flight, whereas a rocket is fire and forget. So anything can be a rocket but not a missile.

Well some missile are self guided and u really can't change their trajectory, atleast not directly from the control centre (not the latest ones but the older ones) I think so lemme know if I am wrong

You've defined the difference exactly - missiles are guided, rockets aren't. The source of the control (whether external or internal) is unimportant, it's the control during flight itself that distinguishes the two. Missiles can and do change their trajectory in order to intercept their target (i.e. - heat seeking, radar guided, some even have a wire back to the launch point for controlling the trajectory via remote).
